- The meeting point is NOT the Eiffel Tower it is our office. There is no alternate meeting point possible
- Latecomers will not be granted entry to the tower or any from of refund even partial.
- Adult pricing applies to all travelers
- Luggage cannot be kept at the office; you will be denied entry to the tower without refund if you arrive with luggage.
- Items not allowed in the tower include: oversized luggage or bags, climbing or jumping gear (especially bungee jumping and parachutes), publicity materials of any kind, child buggies/strollers that are not foldable, animals, except those required by disabled visitors, glass bottles, drink cans, excessive amount of food or drink
- Drinks and knives are not allowed at the Eiffel Tower. Security will ask you to dispose of these
- Infants aged 0-3 years old must buy a standard adult ticket to participate in this activity
- Tickets cannot be picked up in advance
- Not recommended for persons with walking disabilities
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

Booked tour was cancelled , only part refund as tour only to second floor eifel not the top due to weather . i feel should of had option take part tour as what offered or full refund as was company that cancelled not us .

Very easy to locate. Very short walk to the Eiffel Tower. They were super friendly. We did the Summit level and although it was raining, the view was incredible

Both you and the tour operator lied, stole my money, and provided no service, only lies. YOU made a mistake and not only did I have to pay you for your mistake, I didn't get to attend the tour I paid for and now don't get to have the once in a lifetime thing I paid for.

Easy booking process with clear details of what the tour included.
We met at the given address - easy to find with some lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Our tour guide met us outside and gave us our tickets, walked us to the tour and provided us with some facts and information about the Eiffel Tower. We were escorted through security and into the tour, with lots of information along the way. Once on the second floor we were taken to the lift to access the summit (which is the ticket we had booked). We were then left to explore the tower at our leisure with no restrictions on the time we spend there.

Petra was very knowledgeable about the Eiffel Tower. It was a great view of the city from the 2md floor. Unfortunately the Summit was sold out so we couldn’t go to the Top, but it was still a great experience with my daughter.

I wanna start this by saying the guy who was our guide was very nice and very knowledgeable. My issue is we were supposed to be with him for an hour and a half at the Eiffel Tower. By the time we walked over and got to the second floor and heard his information on the three sides of the tower. We were only an hour into what we paid for. He then said you could stay here as long as you want and left us. We were the only Americans in our group, And what upset me is after we left him. He was still with the other people talking to them about different things, but we were not included overall pass on this trip. You can do exactly what he did by yourself for far less.

Awesome experience! We took the eiffel towers tour with access to the top. Emmanuel was an outstanding guide!! Planned it so we would be there for sunset (9:50pm). The view from both levels was amazing.

I like the skip-the-line aspect, Viator always has great guides. And you get to meet new people on these small group tours. One thing to note - I was sure that I had gotten the optimal access to the summit, but she said my ticket did not include it. Be sure to verify in advance because on day of you cannot get the ticket because they are completely booked.

There is no help offered for guest with disabilities, also anyone with a disability from our experience is not allowed to go to the summit. We had paid for lift to the summit but was refused access due to our disability. We got zero help from anyone from start to finish

Great introduction to the history of the tower before being taken up much quicker than many other people in the general queue. We stayed on the tower for about 2.5 hrs which was priceless enjoying the scenery with a slice of pizza.
