A great way to start a trip!

One less thing to worry about! We prearranged transportation from CDG to our hotel for our first visit to Paris. Viator had our airline arrival information and contact information. It was great when the assigned driver, Firman, reached out by text as our flight arrived in Paris and confirmed he would be there to meet us! He was there, the vehicle was clean and convenient to access. Firman was a life long resident of Paris and, maybe because his English was self-taught and not extensive, provided an authentic and personal introduction to Paris on the drive into Paris. The traffic was terrible, but Firman negotiated it confidently and safely. All in all the service met all our requirements and the experience with Firman was great.

Driver went out of his way to help us switch terminals in Rome.

We realized too late that we had been dropped off at the wrong terminal. We informed the driver who had left the area. He insisted on coming back to get us and take us to the correct terminal. Extremely helpful!!! I highly recommend this service. Also, the vehicle was top notch as well. But you can get that with others. The fantastic service made this experience a five-star ride.

Excellent!

I could not praise this service enough. The driver (Thomas) was waiting for me despite a long delay in passport control and baggage collection. Thomas is highly professional, kind, and friendly. He speaks enough english to be clear. He helped with my very heavy luggage and deposited me and luggage in a very clean and well maintained Mercedes. The dispatcher, Amine, was also very professional, responsive, and attentive. I highly recommend this service.

Delayed flight but still arrived to pick up

Our flight was delayed three hours. we contacted the vendor for our travel pickup but got no reply. we contacted Viator and they contacted the vendor. The Best Transportation Service!

First of all, I should have done this review last April. These folks were great. Communication between us was top-notch - we used WhatsApp - never had a problem. They had to wait for us longer than expected at Orly airport, but they waited very patiently - again, communication was the key. We used their service from Orly to the Marais area - then to Charles de Gaulle when we departed for the US. They were early each time, communicated wonderfully, and got us where we needed to be in plenty of time. Very friendly - safe drivers. Couldn't ask for a better, more professional experience.

Driver made our airport pickup incredibly easy and completely eliminated the stress of figuring out transportation into the city. He reached out as soon as we landed with clear instructions on where to go and how to find him, which made the whole process seamless. For our return trip, we needed to change the pickup location from what we originally provided. We messaged the team through the Viator app and got confirmation of the update in under 20 minutes. The fast response and smooth communication made us feel very well taken care of. I had also noted in the booking that my partner and I were not flying back together—my partner headed home while I continued on for work and planned to take the train from the airport. I know the service includes one drop-off, and walking to the station is totally fine, but I asked our return driver if getting to the train station was straightforward. He simply told me to use Google Maps, which wasn’t the reassurance I was hoping for since it was my first time doing this. That said, as we drove in, he did point out the station, which I very much greatly appreciated. Overall, the service was reliable, easy, and communicative, and it made our travel days much smoother.

Excellent Service and Top-Notch Communication

We had an excellent experience with this private travel company during our trip in Paris. They picked us up from the airport and took us to our Airbnb right on time. The driver and team were very nice, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how helpful and flexible they were after the first ride. They helped us set up future transportation, including shuttle service to and from Disney Paris, and also arranged our ride from the Airbnb to the train station. I had to change the pickup time several times, and they were always patient, accommodating, and never made it feel like a problem. Overall, the service was excellent, reliable, and stress free. Communication was top notch, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing private transportation in Paris.

The only way to go!

Getting Eric to drive us from CDG to the hotel was the best decision we've made so far! He was waiting with a sign right away after we got our luggage and it couldn't have been easier. He was friendly, thoughtful and somehow got us thru very busy highways with no problem. So glad we weren't driving! Along the way he answered our questions and was just a pleasure. I would highly recommend this service and Eric was a very competent and professional driver. Completely worth it! P

Excellent Communication and Easy Transfer to Hotel

We arrived into Gare du Nord at 9pm via the Eurostar. I was traveling with my parents (in their 70's), husband, and 8yr old son, so I really didn't want to try to navigate traffic, organize taxis, etc in a city I had never been to during the evening hours. Thought having this prearranged driver would be the easiest and it 100% was. Our driver was waiting for us at the end of the platform when we arrived and helped us with our luggage. He was very kind and safely got us to our hotel. He even helped carry our bags into the lobby. Communication from Comfort Cars prior to pick up was excellent as well and accommodated all questions. 100% recommend this company!

Paul greeted us at the train station. Very friendly Driver, expert navigator. Had the best view of Eiffel Tower based on his advice. Knowledgeable and accommodating. Even went out of his way to detour to drop us off at the accommodation at the end of the day.
