Five-star ride

I would highly recommend this service. Our driver, Nidhal, was right on time and exactly where we expected to meet. Our drive to our hotel in Paris took 2 hrs due to traffic. On the drive, Nidhal was very personable , helpful and charming. As a bonus he helped us brush up on our French!

Totally good.

Stephan was delightful. I left him a huge tip. CDG is a huge airport and the Viator correspondence was vague about where to meet our driver. This is the first time in LOTS of airport pick-ups that the company called ME to find out where I was so they could send the driver to find me. Bliss. Traffic was outrageous but Stephan was pleasant and professional throughout.

Booking was easy, and the service was great. The instructions on where to find my driver (outside of the baggage area) was comprehensive and easy to follow. My driver was there waiting for me and helped me bring my bags to the very clean and nice Volkswagen van. The drive was efficient and safe. Best Ride!

Mohamed was very patient and kind. We had a mishap in our connecting flight and so we arrived to Paris about an hour and a half later then the original time set, he still met us at the airport and drove us safely to our hotel. He was friendly and helpful. The van was also clean and comfortable. Overall awesome experience!
