Samantha's Travels is AWESOME!

Samamtha Travels does a wonderful job. Great communication with me the day prior to travelling to Paris from the US. I was then contacted again shortly after landing (which I very much appreciate). My mother and I were on separate flights coming in at different times from different airport exits and the team did a great job helping me determine where best to be picked up. The driver was well dressed, prompt and standing at the gate when the later separate flight arrived. We were escorted from the gate, through the airport to our very clean and comfortable car....and just happened to come across Samantha (the owner) who welcomed us to Paris. This was my mother's first trip outside of the United States and I enjoyed seeing how special she felt being treated so regally. Thank you!

Viator is a very Viable Travel Solution

At first I dealt with Viator who initiates the local car service for our needs. Viator was actually pretty easy to work with and very communicative. I was a little hesitant at first as they are actually the first thing that comes up when you search on Google but it really was a very great company to work with. Next we were given the local Paris car service company information S.A.R.S. and they were also very easy to communicate with. They all text with WhatsApp so if you are only on a data plan you can still communicate and will also talk with you on the phone. They spoke perfect English which helps when your French is not very good. Overall my experience with Viator (for the 2nd time on this trip) was well above my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who are traveling and may not know what to do. They make it easy for you. Yes I am sure you could find a cheaper solution but Viator was not really that much different than any of the other options I searched up and having them do most of the work really is worth anything extra.

Clear and concise communication. A few days leading into my travels I got a WhatsApp message confirming the pickup. My flight had a 1 hour delay from my airport of origin so I texted the message to let them know my flight would be at least 1 hour later than expected. The messages were acknowledged and our driver Lucien messaged me while we were still going thru passport control. Car is clean and spacious but the early communication is the best part. When traveling with family you don’t want any transportation hiccups and there were none. Second time I’ve used this company. 5 Stars.

It was so nice to use...

It was so nice to use this transfer service from our hotel to the train station! The driver was prompt - actually early, which was good, as we got behind a garbage pick-up truck on the narrow one-way street that our hotel was located on. But we got to the train station in good time - even early enough to jump on an earlier train to London. I would definitely recommend this service.
