Very nice experience! Great way to celebrate my 30th Birthday. The views were amazing and the food and entertainment was nice.
The Seine River dinner was fair, I was expecting some live entertainment as was advertised on the tour description . There was No Live entertainment, food was fair, service was less than average. Waiter never came around asking if we needed anything, we purchased drinks on the cruise, but was never offered any beverage with our dinner. We had to request water. Itinerary listed the cruise to last up to 4 hours, but we were glad it only lasted 2 hours.
Arrived early and the registrar showed us some of the hotel rooms on board. This is quite the Paris experience! The timing of the circuit between meal courses and scenic views was perfect. See the Eiffel Tower explode with sparkling lights, duck going under bridges. For USA guests, there's a photo-op at the turn-around to capture the Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower. Other guests came to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, but it is a way to celebrate anything. The service and food were excellent. We ordered something different for each course and together we were pleased with our selections. And the singer--what a wonderful voice. She delighted the crowd with French tunes and some interesting covers of popular tunes. Altogether, a must do event.

I would book the dinner alone - no drinks and buy a bottle of wine on board. Food was very good, entertainment was lovely. Beautiful evening timed so we had perfect pics of the sparking Eiffel Tower and Statue of Liberty!
I celebrated my birthday on the Seine River Dinner Cruise. The meal was excellent , the service was good and the singer was outstanding and entertaining. We got some fantastic photos of the Eiffel Tower. It was truly a night to remember.
We went on Sunday evening in late August. Much of Paris was on holiday. It was easy enough to get to Port de la Rapee by taxi (though we did have to walk back to Gare de Lyon afterwards).
There were only 20 people in a dining room for about 50; which was a good thing, as we wanted a dinner cruise that wasn't packed on a large boat. We got a drink and sat on the upper deck as the sun went down; the boat left at 8pm (though advertised for 7.30), and we travelled slowly upriver in time to reach the Eiffel Tower for its hourly light show - really good!
We had selected dinner from the short list of options sent us earlier - foie gras, and asparagus followed by roast veal and sea bass; finished with nougat and a lemon mousse dish; all very good and restaurant quality. Wines by the glass pretty tasty and reasonably priced. The singer did a good job without being overwhelming, in front of a modest audience.
All in all, it was exactly what I had searched for, and is a good choice if you want to pay up for good service and an evening cruise that is not rushed or packed with tourists.
The picture of the yacht is a little deceiving. I thought we were getting on the really nice yacht but it was a plain white one. I didn’t care for the initial food option and I think there should be more options. The main and dessert were good. I think the boat could have gone further and the highlight of the trip should have been a location that shows the Eiffel Tower sparkling at 10 pm.
Our group was really looking forward to this dinner cruise, and while the views from the boat were undeniably stunning, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. No one explained the landmarks as we passed, which made it feel more like a basic dinner than a guided tour. The food was just okay, and the dining area felt uncomfortably stuffy until they finally opened the door for air. We did appreciate the clean setting, friendly wait staff, and the talented singer. If you're looking for a more elegant, informative cruise, this may not be the right fit.
The sights , the food and the service was excellent. After enjoying a glass of wine up top and watching the iconic sites we passed by, we went downstairs for dinner. Although my fish was delicious, a portion of it was undercooked and so I left it on my plate. Surprisingly, the waiter noticed this and the manager came to my table to offer me a cheese plate. I accepted an after dinner bailey's instead. I was definitely impressed with this service. The cruise and dinner and service were worth the price.

We booked this for our first night in Paris and perhaps we shouldn’t have. We were both unsure of where we were, what was happening, and what we were and were not supposed to do. The server did not seem to know or offer much assistance. We sat up top for quite a while - then went in and checked in and were told to take our seat. We thought the boat was leaving - as indicated on our ticket. But we did not leave for at least 45 minutes. It was a bit odd. Once we left the dock the cruise was enjoyable. There is no commentary, but nice to see Paris from the water. The food was good. The singer was good.
It was an okay experience, but again we felt very unsure of what we were doing.

The views are spectacular. It is a leisurely cruise with lots of opportunities to take great photos. Our cruise was about 1/3 full so we had lots of room to move around.
Service is good but be prepared for a long cocktail hour. Food is not served until you leave the dock about an hour after arrival. The food is tasty but small portions. If you don’t include the drink package, you will even be charged for water.

Perfect experience on the Seine river. The staff was great and the food and drinks were excellent! My daughter is a picky eater and she even enjoyed the food.

The service was horrible my husband and I were never asked what we wanted to eat so the servers kept binging out fish (we’re allergic) and they were very slow when we tried to get their attention and sassy when we wanted to switch our plates. Would not recommend

It was a great experience. We joy the scenery and the live singer. The food was delicious. The only thing that I didn’t give them a five is because sitting inside we didn’t have a nice view unless we stand outside.

Regarding the visibility of the monuments, if you dine in the middle of the restaurant it is true that you cannot see as well as next to large bay windows. However, please note that if the layout allows it, you can absolutely ask to change seats or admire the view from our large rooftop!
For one time is ok. The lights not showing up as in pictures. The main food, fish and veal looked good but tasted not fresh (im a chef). Next time I will pick up a new boat. It needs renovation inaide.

Waiters picked and chose who they wanted to serve. Several tables we left frustrated with no drinks while others enjoyed their meals. We had to get up from our tables to request a drink. Very inattentive. We enjoyed more views with a cheaper cruise we purchased

We still hope to see you again on board to why not test our suites with jacuzzi and private saunas? :)
Due to rain in that day, Paris prefecture didn’t allow navigating towards the monuments. The company didn’t advice or inform us until we where navigating. They didn’t give us the change to request a refund or even to de board the boat. We were obligated to take the tour towards a direction that couldn’t see nothing as promoted.

Thank you for your feedback, what a pleasure to read you! On the other hand, I am not sure I understand your feedback regarding the timing? We offer a unique experience in Paris with a 3-course dinner, 2.5 hours of cruising on the Seine accompanied by our sublime live singer... You can continue your experience on board in our suites with private jacuzzi and sauna. Were you able to discuss with our staff on site following your misunderstanding? I am sure that our agents could have answered your questions!
Our table of four was front and center of the boat, so we had a perfect view of all the sights. The captain perfectly timed the cruise to be next to Eiffel Tower at 9pm for the hourly twinkle light show, which is best seen from the top side observation deck. The 3 appetizer options were all delicious. Dinner was served immediately after the Tower light show. Our table had sea bass, veal, and vegetarian meals. Each was perfectly prepared and tasty, as was the fresh bread. We drank coca-cola and St Germain red wine but there is also a full bar. The waiters were very busy serving food and drinks to guests, so they were slightly less attentive than we would have preferred. Singer with a beautiful voice provided live music while we are dinner. Hailing a cab after the cruise was quick and easy from the closest intersection; however, our driver was irritated that we wanted to pay with a credit card, so I recommend you bring 15-20 euros for the ride or use the Uber app.

This is a very nice, low keyed dinner cruise. The food was as advertised and well prepared. The service was very good. The on-board entertainment was also very good with a decent selection of music, not too loud, and didn’t get in the way of having conversations. Crew handled the boat nicely and timed the arrival at the Eiffel Tower for the light show which was spectacular.
What kept it from being a 5 star rating is there wasn’t much in the way of communication. It wasn’t clear for example, what time dinner was going to be served, or what time the boat was leaving and returning. It would be helpful if either the tour description laid it out, or perhaps the crew could hand out a short agenda or make a short announcement.
