Driver went out of his way to help us switch terminals in Rome.

We realized too late that we had been dropped off at the wrong terminal. We informed the driver who had left the area. He insisted on coming back to get us and take us to the correct terminal. Extremely helpful!!! I highly recommend this service. Also, the vehicle was top notch as well. But you can get that with others. The fantastic service made this experience a five-star ride.

Great Service

Our flight from the USA was delayed by 2 hours, but the driver was in constant contact to assure me that he would be there to pick us up. As we exited CDG he was there waiting and quickly assisted us with our luggage and getting settled into the van. The drive to our hotel was quick and easy and when we arrived, he was very helpful with getting our luggage into the hotel lobby.

Wonderful photoshoot session in Paris!

Phineas contacted ahead of the photoshoot. Meeting spot was easy to find and he met us there a few minutes before our schedule time. My parents recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and we wanted to capture photos of them along with some family shots while in Paris. Locations had good views of the Eiffel Tower on the background. Phineas offered good suggestions for poses and captured wonderful photos of us. Photos were sent within a few hours after the shoot. Phineas was warm, personable and gave recommendation for a cafe located nearby after the shoot.

Easy, fast and clean service

This was easy to schedule and convenient. We used them to get from the hotel to the airport, but ad to cancel our initial reservation from the airport to our hotel because our airline cancelled our flight and put the group on different flights hence making some of us arrive at different times. It was easy to communicate and cancel our scheduled pickup and our money reimbursed. Will def use them again

Excellent Service!

Samantha and her husband, Assan were wonderful drivers to and from CDG Airport in Paris.. The traffic was very heavy on both trips, but each of them maneuvered the van with skill and calmness during the individual trips.. We were impressed! Both drivers were punctual and drove us to our destinations in a timely manner. Samantha even took our luggage into the airport and directly to the Air France gate. Assan and Samantha were friendly and helpful, and we wholeheartedly recommend Viator!

Loved our driver/tour guide !

Our driver was very professional and informative. He was also there 15 minutes early and the car was immaculate, which puts one’s mind at ease when trying to get to your flight on time. On the way to the Paris airport, he gave us a verbal tour of what we saw along the way. I always get a pre booked driver at the end of the trip, and it has never let me down. 5 stars to our driver and the company.

First Class, Great Communication

We were a grouo of 6 arriving on 2 separate flights that wascsupposed to land 20 minutes apart. Driver (Mark) kept in touch with us when we landed. He knew the second flight was delayed. Driver verified what the first group that had arrived wanted to do. We decided to wait for the second flight. He respected our decision and arrived to pick us up allowing enough time to clear customs.

Wonderful experience!!

The company that picked us up from CDG and the driver were excellent. Our driver was Paul. He was so professional and courteous. My friend left her cell phone in the van. I messaged the company and Paul responded saying he had found her phone. He delivered the phone to the Hotel the next day. He was so kind to check and deliver it in a timely manner.
