Beautiful sights, wonderful staff , especially a young lady named SAMMA! My father is slightly handicapped and walks with a cane. The staff treated him so well and helped him board before any other passengers in the very long line. Do not miss this trip. And the glass of champagne was wonderful.!!

We did not get to enjoy this cruise because I selected the WRONG DAY! We aren't even in Paris yet. The only reason I can think of is while deciding which cruise to select and going back and forth on the site I did not double check the selection. It defaults to the current date and you have to select your desired date! I did it so many times I guess I thought I was on the correct day. I did not become aware of it until I started getting review requests. Don't let my mistake become yours, too! Check, and double check!

We located the place of departure very easily. The crew was very polite, funny and informative. We learned so much during our hour cruise. Seeing the Eiffel Tower light up created a memory that will last forever.

This was a fun cruise to see everything via the Seine! We sat on the bottom part and it was still good seats even if you don’t get a seat up top!

Our cruise was not very full the day that we went, but it was very hot. We sat on the top deck, and the woman was very informative throughout the cruise even though I know it was too hot for her to be on the hot open deck I’m sure she would’ve been happier if we went down a level, but the six of us they were on the top level did not want to be out of the sun. She still made it an amazing cruise.

Would not do again. Not enough seats that we needed to sit on the deck. Was supposed to come with glasses of champagne which we never received! So disappointed! Will be disputing the charge.

Was almost left off cruise got in line to board and they were full saying everyone else was on 7 pm cruise, showed ticket for 6:30pm and they let us on, but they did not make any boarding announcements regarding time. Had to ask for champagne and show ticket again.

Poorly done - not allowed to sit outside - couldn’t hear or understand the guide None alcoholic drinks ran out all But water and complementary champagne required standing on long line and waiting for glasses to be cleaned !

Hello, we are sorry that your experience was not what you expected. The upper decks of our boats had to be closed for safety reasons due to the height of the Seine. We offered soft drinks in compensation for the tour which had to be modified for reasons beyond our control. Do not hesitate to ask our crew to turn up the volume of our bilingual guide's commentary if it is too low.

Complete ripoff and false advertising

Do not buy. Says it comes with champagne but it doesn’t. They want to charge you 3/4 the price of the ticket for a glass onboard. False advertising should not be allowed. Will be disputing this charge.

We're sorry your experience didn't turn out as you'd hoped. The Seine River Cruise Champagne Option does include a glass of champagne. You have to go to the boat's bar and present your ticket (on smartphone or paper) to the barman. If you do not present your ticket to the barman, he will not be allowed to serve the glass. We have the pleasure of serving glasses of champagne every day to all customers with their ticket.

Good views from the river. Bilingual guide provided interesting facts and history of the major landmarks in French and English. Easy location to find. Would have liked to have more commentary on the Olympic preparations that were obviously happening but the commentary seemed to be tightly scripted.

I booked this tour last minute. Literally in my Uber on the way there. It was so easy to find the boat. I was by myself and the weather was perfect— a gorgeous day in June. I bought a glass of champagne and went up top to enjoy the tour. The guide had very informative commentary. Everyone in Paris was out picnicking along the Seine. This was such an enjoyable little adventure by myself but I would definitely do it again with family or friends.

My husband and I really enjoyed ourself on the tour! Our only complaint was the boarding / ticket process. We also missed our boat because the line was full of other people an hour early for the next tour. Feel like there could be a better way to sort the lines for the current tour and a later tour. Other than that we had a great time on it. The tour guide was very knowledgeable!
