Perfect! We just flew in and this was the perfect excursion for our first day in Paris. Go directly to the boat though! You are NOT meeting anyone at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Beyond that small confusion - everything was wonderful! The tour guide was engaging for our kiddos - 6, 8, 10. There were thousands of picturesque opportunities and the ride was gentle and steady.

Fun way to see the sights. They were organized and the kids had fun. It was just the right amount of time.

The boat was small and perfect for a small group of families. However, it was not as “kid oriented” as advertised. The tour was mostly in French and while the host asked questions to the kids, it was really not very didactic. She definitely did not keep the kids’ attention for long.
The bar was pretty expensive and did not have coffee available (terrible for an early morning tour).

The ticketing and boarding process were easy. The snacks ans bar area had good service. It was very difficult to hear the tour guide on the boat. This was disappointing for our family.

Boat was clean and in good condition. There wasn’t anything particularly kid specific about this tour though aside from the fact that it was all families with kids on it. The tour guide may have been giving kid friendly information, but it was very hard to hear anything from the overhead system. We had a fine time but were expecting something more specifically geared for kids to engage them.

The tour guide was great and knowledgeable. You really do see everything you would hope to see. Also, I like that they didn't overcrowd the boat (even though it was Olympics week!) and that there was seating available upstairs or down.

Very disappointing. We were excited for this cruise advertised as kid friendly. We had a 6 and 3 year old and this was not the case. One guide on a large ship only on top deck. Only real nod to children was the cookies and juice for sake. Not what we expected at all.

Sadly, this was not the experience we had hoped for! Narration was not clear, and English was VERY brief compared to the French narration. Nothing was presented especially for kids…and we could have gone on the earlier boats!!!

Flooding caused the route to be changed - it wasn’t clear when booking online. We were offered another day when arriving at the boat but like most people we didn’t have spare days.
This trip was stated as a family focussed trip but I couldn’t see anything family oriented or different to any other cruise

This boat trip was very poor, the woman at the bar refused to give me a coffee saying I hadn't brought the right ticket to buy a coffee, yet 10 mins after I watched someone buy a expresso. If they cafe wasn't opened, as advitised as part of the cruise, then we should have been informed at check in so we could have brought stuff with me. The lady doing the tour only spoke to one person on board and did not interact very well with the children. Honestly the reason we chose this over other cheaper options was the cafe and I felt so let down by that.

Not sure if this was worth it. Although it claims to be a cruise with kids… nothing on the cruise was made geared towards kids. You can just purchase a cheaper cruise ticket and enjoy the same view with your kids.
Getting to the actual entrance of the cruise was unclear from the Viator ticket. We were dropped off at the pet via Uber (and he drove us as far as possible) and once there, it was confusing to where I asked a security personnel where I’m supposed to meet. Luckily, he told me where to go.
Overall an okay experience. Unlike other River cruise we’ve been to… this one was my least favorite.

Disappointing. There was only one guide on boat for 100 + people so you had to sit on upper deck close to hear him. The speakers on the boat didn’t work well and so you couldn’t hear anything if you were not lucky enough to sit close to the guide even on the upper deck. It was very hot so sitting in the intense heat was difficult even for children. The guide spoke more French than English and had a significant accent so was difficult to understand when he did speak English. I have been in Europe for three weeks and out of all of our tours (10+) this was by far the worst.

The food and drinks onboard were ample for the one hour. The guide/narrator was fantastic switching between French and English. The cruise was a perfect way to start a Paris vacation with my tween daughter!

Is nothing special - I didn’t see what made it kid friendly. One of the staff had a huge verbal argument with a passenger about a pram and it frightened several kids I was sitting beside.

Cruise did what it said on the tin but the commentary was a complicated jumble of French and English which was hard to follow. I speak both fluently but for my English speaking family it made it difficult to concentrate and pick everything up. A lot of the French commentary was not translated into English / missed out too. The lady seemed to find it a necessary chore. Probably no need to pick this as a specialist kids tour either as it wasn’t especially geared towards kids in any way.

It was just OK. It was pretty short. Given the price, I would have expected a longer trip. The narrator was going back and forth between French and English, and it was a bit confusing at times. I thought the tour would just be in English. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this tour, but I think taking a river boat down the Seine is a wonderful activity in. general.

Everything perfect except the awful witch at the bar who literally ruined my trip. The captain so nice, the super interesting guide and at the bar a kind of stupid and mean witch who traumatized me with her long nails and who handled pancakes without gloves. My son was sick and wanted apple juice but she refused to serve me because I noticed her lack of hygiene...
