Really nice cruise. Extremely efficient with boarding and departing from ship. All went well. Saw 2 weddings taking pictures on the banjs of the Seine. Great weather, fun boat cruise!. Recommend.

We purposely bought tickets for a 7 pm cruise and planned our day around it. We’d gotten very lucky with the weather and were happy to have this evening booked since heavy rain is expected through the remainder of our trip.
When we arrived, 30 minutes ahead of our scheduled time (as instructed), we were pointed toward a long line. I was confused because we’d booked for a set time. I went to the ticket booth and found myself in line with several other people asking the same question: if we’d pre-booked tickets, should we skip the line?
The answer was no - and that the line would take three to four hours (!!!!). Given that we’re traveling with my 77-year-old father, this wasn’t a possibility for us.
When I requested a refund, I was told that we could come back any day/time for the next month - but that’s useless since the rest of our trip is booked out and we’d planned our day today to accommodate this.
This cruise was a very misleading offering. We booked a reservation for a specific time and I received multiple messages requesting that I show up 30 minutes ahead of the reservation. If I didn’t have a reservation, why was it necessary that I wait until 30 minutes before to arrive only to learn that there was a three-hour wait that we would not be able to handle? That was absolutely not made clear when we purchased this tour.
We are unable to come back another day and arranged our entire day today around this cruise. We chose this over other activities and now seriously regret that choice.
We’re out $55, but u hope we can save someone else the money, time and aggravation of this experience.

Liars! We showed up at the attraction more than one hour before our boarding time. The tickets were difficult to access on the app and once resolved the line to get on the boat was hours long. We waited over 2 1/2 hours in the cold,trying to get on board to no avail. The staff apologized and promised the refund of which I only got half back. So their solution is to over sell the tickets make money off of those who can, and also those who cannot travel on board their boat.

The cruise itself is fine, but the process to get on the boat is ridiculous. You don't actually go at your scheduled time. You have to stand in a line for your tickets, even though you already bought them, and then stand in another line to board the boat. It took us over an hour to get on the boat. Viator also messed up and never sent me the correct voucher in the email, and the boat company told me I couldn't board, even though I had my confirmation number. Luckily, a nice worker let us go on anyway. Next time I would book with a different company that you can sign up for your time, and just get on the boat, instead of taking up precious vacation time with just standing in a line.

We had to change our cruise because of circumstances beyond our control! We contacted Viator and notified them. We received written confirmation to change to next day. The cruise company would not accept our tickets. We purchased new tickets at our own expense. We contacted Viator with all our documentation, but they refused to refund/give credit for a future excursion.
We will not use Viator again after being their customer for years and sending thousands of dollars with them! Very frustrating customer service!

We booked a 9:00 cruise months before and planned our evening around it. The ticket instructed us to get there 15 mins in advance, we arrived 30 mins in advance to ensure we got a good seat. There were THOUSANDS in line. I was told that there was no way we would get on the 9:00 but maybe the 9:30 or 10:00. I scheduled that time for a REASON and was not able to stay as we had a packed schedule. I requested a refund to which I received no response.

I paid for this activity and was denied participation because the electronic voucher I received did not have a QR code. I showed the voucher and was initially allowed to proceed but then was blocked at the entrance gate. We were 2 people on a tour of probably over 400. This was definitely not a positive experience for us with Viator. I will probably not use them again if I have a choice.

Buy your tickets at the ticket booth on site. The experience itself was good (4 star) but the Viator tickets were not worth the hassle. You will have to wait in very long lines regardless but they move very fast.
