- Opening Hours from April 1 to September 30 are 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. And from October 1 to March 31 are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Last entry is 45 minutes before closing.
- Museum is Closing dates: January 1st, May 1st and December 25
- The panorama of the Panthéon is temporarily inaccessible.
- Please respect the solemnity of the crypt—it’s a place of national reverence.

We were unable to use the audio provided with this purchase and no refund given for the lack of use.
The Pantheon is a must in France- wait to get the audio at the Pantheon instead of purchasing through this for a guide.

I do not recommend this. You have to download an app to listen to the audio and it is more to listen to before going into the Pantheon. It’s about 10min long audio and it does not talk about any of the pieces inside. You also have to have a headset on you to listen to it.
You can get the same info from YouTube. I would recommend purchasing the audio tour directly from Pantheon instead of going through such purchase.

The tickets were not valid at the Pantheon and I was told that it was extremely overpriced! The audio guide staff members said they do not deal with any third party so that was not an option either.

The tour “with audio” does NOT include the audio tour from the Pantheon. It’s just a “tour” in the Viator app. Since we didn’t know to bring bring earbuds, this was useless.
The Viator app says NOTHING about this when selling and booking the tour. It’s extremely misleading.

The info emailed and texted us did not permit access or anything detailed in the confirmation emails. We were denied entry. Had to get in Général line and re-pay to enter as if we never purchased from Viator.

The Pantheon was an incredible experience. I got to see all that I wanted - lots of history here. The main floor was beautiful. The crypt, where all the bodies of famous people are kept, was a bit confusing. It was like a maze and it was easy to get disoriented. But a little perseverance paid off. Getting the tickets in advance was a big plus. Even very early in the morning I probably saved 15 minutes standing in line.

Beautiful building with lots of stone sculptures. Beautiful murals painted on the walls with multi-lanquage descriptions. The crypt is very cool to go down into. You get to see the burial places of Victor Hugo, Voltaire, and Alexandre Dumas. This is one of the less popular tourist attractions so it is less crowded. But it is still as amazing as all the popular places in Paris.

I booked and paid for two attraction tickets a few hours before getting to each site. I received the booking confirmations but not the actual tickets. I could not upload either ticket. So, I wasn't allowed entrance and audio guides or the 24 hr Batocruise ticket. This experience was very frustrating as it was my last day to tour in Paris and I had little time to get correction for this situation.

We were sold tickets for a day that the Pantheon was closed. The tour company changed the tickets to use the next day but it was closed with gates locked the next day too. The tour company refused us a refund. Never got to visit the site. Terrible experience.

The Pantheon is a beautiful building and definitely worth a visit, however if you are strapped for time, I wouldn’t class it as a Paris “must see”.
I hadn’t realised prior to the trip that we would need our own headphones and to have downloaded the app prior to going so we had to pay for the tour at the Pantheon. This was only 2 euros each so not the end of the world. The self guided tour itself was informative but not all that exciting, definitely not appropriate if you are going with children who may need a bit more engagement.
The best thing about booking in advance though Viator was being able to skip the very long queue for non - ticketed visits. If you do go, make sure to check out the mausoleum which is outside the Pantheon as there are some interesting tombs here.

This was just for tickets and it was a bit weird to have to download PDF for the tickets. We went on a Monday and the line to buy tickets at the pantheon wasn’t long. Also, the audio guide didn’t seem to be included in the downloaded PDF tickets. I’m sure I didn’t read all the directions, but the whole process seemed a bit confusing and awkward.

Abysmal Service and Attention by VIATOR and the OPERATOR sell to sell and knowing that it would not be available on the day I hired the pantheon de paris I was sold and yet, I was advised a day before that for a national event would be closed reason of the closure of the pantheon and with no option to plan and wanted you and both the Operating Enterprise and VIATOR wanted you to cancel so that there was no refund of the money, the same that I had to demand and still does not arrive. THEY'RE SCRAP!!!
Anyway, terrible experience with this page that in the end they encourage the package to the operator, but as I tell you are the ones who sell and are the ones who show the face first hand you respond to me and for demanding my rights as a consumer the employee who attended me with a lack of empathy and bloody and mocking. I have experience, although bad, but experience.
