Faultless meal and service. Friendly, helpful staff and the food was excellent. Made for a memorable time for our friends 70th birthday. Staff very friendly and the chocolate Eiffel Tower for dessert was brilliant. Our waiter on the day was called Sinis, he was excellent.

Beautiful and opt for the champagne. We got a beautiful seat right up front. And don’t worry about rushing on the boat. There is assigned seating when you get on.
It was a nice experience. However, our server was not very good, and we were up charged for everything, including water (10 Euros), and even cream for our coffee (8 Euros) without explanation. Do not order the beef (also an upcharge), it was dry and tough. The chicken was also dry. The appetisers and desserts were very good.
This would have been a five star rating had the directions been correct on the meeting point.
Fortunately some kind people provided directions and we arrived on time and had a wonderful experience.
Nice boat ride experience good for first time visitors of Paris, the staff was nice and the food was OK.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch in an intimate relaxed setting on the cruise. The staff were attentive & friendly.
Cancelled last minute die to “heat wave” in France.
Tickets were never a available on Viator. Seemed to be a hoax.

The cruise and meal was very good. Be aware there are extra charges for certain meals. The tables were pretty jammed together. Also the waiter was rude and we asked three times for butter and he kept saying yes but never brought it.

Excellent Seine cruise experience. My daughter and I went for the lunch cruise. I paid the extra money to have the champagne lunch.. it was excellent!! I highly recommend this company and tour. The only thing that I may add is that they don’t point out landmarks.. that would have been nice. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed it!

A friend recommended the lunch cruise and told me it left from the Eiffel tower.(his and my error). When we arrived on time no one had heard of the company!
I called viator and the agent explained that i was in the wrong location and i had to walk/run 2 kms down river (I am 73 years old)
She told me that she was in touch with the conpany and the boat would wait 5 minutes or so and to hurry.
I realized i could not run/walk there in time so we hailed a cab and he said he could get there in time by 12:30 as required. I called viator sgain while in the cab and told a Male agent that we were on the way and asked him to contact the captain to wait. I asked him twice and he assured me he would.
The taxi arrived at exactly 12:30 and we ran for the boat, waving our tickets.
We were only about 200 feet from the boat and when we arrived at exactly 12:31, the boat was about 2 feet from the dock and my 69 year old wife almost jumped but i restrained her.
Crew members waved and smiled/laughed as they watched our predicament.
When i called viator they explained i would not receive my $300 back as i was 1 minute late even though they told me i had 5 minutes to spare!
I recommend avoiding this heartless lunch/cruise company!
I will also avoid Viator in the future as they either lied to me about talking to the boat company or about the conversation details!
Either way i am out $300 and a 25 euro taxi ride!

We had a wonderful time and the sites were awesome. The food was really good although the steak was a little tough. Fish and chicken were really good. Service staff were attentive and helpful. Would certainly recommend the lunch cruise on a visit to Paris.

This was a nice experience! The food was good and it was a great way to see a lot of the city. Team was kind and friendly. It took a few to be greeted at table and get a drink but it was busy. Tables were a little too close but we made it work and it was lovely.

Got stuck at airport for 3 hours in customs. Reached out to tour company and Viator to reschedule since we wouldn’t make into city in time. Tour company refused to reschedule or give a credit or refund.

This was a fabulous cruise. We paid extra for Champagne and seating. The boat is beautiful with large windows along the front and sides. The food was delicious including a chocolate Eiffel Tower. The only suggestion would be that they point out the famous landmarks as we approach. Not commentary as a tour guide, just mentioning as we go. We almost missed seeing Notre Dame Cathedral.

Boat was in good condition, food was OK, service was lackluster. Server brought the wrong drink and neglected to bring the bottle of water ordered. When asked, another server attempted to drink my returned drink to prove that it was the correct one (Bellini vs mojito, a taste test was not necessary). Our family of 4 spent about $260 on this experience and each ordered a drink during the tour for another 55 euros. The experience did not match the price paid.

This was a truly lovely lunch. The boat was immaculate and the seating had perfect views of Paris. The service was impeccable - leisiurely, not rushed at all. The three-course meal was delicious - perfect portions, nicely plated. I ordered the fish but did not like the fish skin so they easily replaced it with the chicken which was tasty. There was background music but it was very low and non intrusive. One note - this ride is fine for solo travelers - did not feel like a date event like some cruises do. I had a great time.

Enjoyable experience with friendly staff and lovely food. Was a great birthday treat despite the weather.
Fabulous cruise with our family of 9 and an amazing 3 course meal. Views from both sides of the boat were wonderful. Staff very friendly and accomodating given that they had a full boat of people. Only criticism toilets could of been cleaner.
The food was fantastic, the duration was spot on. The views of the Eiffel Tower were better than, from the ground. The ship, staff and trip were great value for money

While no Michelin stars are being rewarded here, the food was perfect considering the setting. Served well and timed with the views.
Location was a little confusing, but we worked it out (look for the boat when it arrives!).
Seeing the big boats go by made us happy to pick this one
