Big scam. Tickets were invalid. They even laughed at us at the entrance to the museum. Stay away. So sad that we actually went there and got sent home becuse the museum were full.

Never use this service again. I reserved a direct access to the louvre and Viator send me a bar code to access the museum. It happens that the bar code was not valid for entry and I needed to look for a tour operator of Viator to exchange the code bar for the tickets. They sent me to a location in the middle of rue di rivoli. I waited for 2 hours and nobody showed up. I try to call by phone viator and the agent operator (in spain) and nobody answered. I contacted Viator via chat and customer service sent me by email the "tickets" but it was the same bar code and instructions to reach the local operator. At the end I wasn't able to go inside the louvre. It was my daughter birthday and that was what she wanted as present. Extremely disappointed. Awful service

If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased tickets for the Louvre - meeting point listed for entry was bogus, with literally no one at the site. Called customer service and agent was fairly clueless, told us to go to the Louvre directly, where we were told our vouchers were invalid. Called customer service again and explained the situation, where we were emailed the exact same voucher. Because this fiasco took so long, we were unable to gain entry. Now we are in the process of requesting a refund for nearly $400 for a truly worthless experience
