We booked a private customizable tour for 3 couples. We were not allowed to change any of the tour as we were told we would, our guide fell asleep for the drive both ways, he did not speak English very well and we only visited 2 of the 3 castles. I have used Viator for other tours and was very satisfied with the tours, so that is why we booked through them again. Very disappointed.

Hello Barbie, we are aware of this situation. Actually the product you booked includes 3 castles, but sometimes when our guides are short of time they manage to show only 2 castles. You should have mentioned it in the beginning of the tour so that he could manage to show all 3 castles. However we are sorry for the situation, and we hope that you'll be highly satisfied next time.

Saw 3 beautiful castles (Amboise, Chiverny and Chambord). Had an excellent tour guide that was super knowledgeable about the castles, culture and answered general France questions to continue having a great trip. Had 2 kids with us(both teens) that also loved the tour.
