A bit on the expensive side. Good activity indoor with elementary school kids. Don’t love my perfume in the end but I suppose more about the experience. The instructors seemed very classic French / not super friendly.

Excellent experience, so unique to create your own customized perfume. The woman leading our workshop was kind and helpful and the overall experience was definitely one of a kind! So happy I did this, I brought my 12 year old daughter with me and she had the time of her life!

My mom and I did the 1.5 hour class. There were a lot of scents to choose from. We were done half an hour early which was fine; but it didn’t feel like we got very much education regarding perfume.

If you like perfume and you love French perfume, this is truly an incredible experience. The instruction is interesting and clear, the teacher superb, and the scents heavenly. She walks you through how perfume is constructed and how to choose the layers of scent that ultimately make up your own perfume. Then she tells you the specific amounts of each note and you make and bottle it. I cannot recommend this highly enough and promise that it’s worth every penny (and more, frankly). If you’re thinking about buying a bottle of French perfume, invest and make your own. You won’t regret it.

I did this experience with my 10 year grand daughter and we both loved it. The directions were given in french and then english. The instructor was helpful and very experienced. It was both a fun and informative class. Plus we now have a bottle of our unique fragrance with the option of getting more if we want. A fabulous experience.

We really enjoyed this experience. We don’t speak French so we were grateful our guide spoke English and walked us through the steps. She was patient and helpful. My daughter and I loved it and were very happy with the souvenir we had to take home.

We had a wonderful time at the Molinard perfume workshop. My husband, our two boys, and I all enjoyed the experience. The workshop gave us the chance to create scents that smell better than anything we’ve ever purchased. It was a fun, memorable activity, and now we have custom fragrances we can reorder in the future. A lasting memory for our family.

This was a really fun way to spend an afternoon with my 3 daughters. Although overwhelming to smell so many scents in a small amount of time, we had a lot of fun creating our perfume and talking about the different mixes.

There were two tables of about six people per table. You are able to choose from a wide variety of scents to select three top notes, three middle notes, and four base notes. The ladies supervising the class previewed each note’s compatibility as you selected them. They then decided how much of each, and you added the scents to a bottle using a pipette. It was a fun and very interesting experience. My granddaughter and I are happy with our bespoke perfume!

The Molinard Perfume Making class was an absolute unique must-do during our trip! Gabrielle, our instructor, was an amazing guide who made the process of creating our unique scent so easy and informative. There were a wide variety of scents to choose from, and we had the freedom to make our perfume truly our own. Overall, it was an incredibly fun and memorable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable activity.

One star is off because the women running it seem sort-of half-involved but she was absolutely a perfume expert. You sit with others and not so much a perfume organ, but a gigantic spinning thing on the table with top notes, mid notes, and base notes, and an instruction by her about how to compose. Note, she encourages a complex perfume, so it's not 3 notes, it's quite a bit more, and she helps you math it to create your own smell. She told me adding too much basil as a top note would be too spicy and she was right! I love my smell that smells like, but also, you can absolutely order your smell later. They save your concoction in their records. Absolutely thrilled with the result. And my friend Keith was going to make one for his mom, but instead made a lovely dark fruit smell for himself.

This was so fun! I thought it might be cheesy or not as “intensive” but we learned a lot about how perfume is built, and were able to pick three top notes, three heart notes and four bottom notes. The person leading our class was so helpful! Can’t recommend enough!

Be on time. The class was held on English and French concurrently. My daughter and I had so much fun making our own scents. We actually love them! You will choose base notes, middle notes, and high notes. I would suggest marking which is which, because I had to back track when I couldn’t remember which was which.

A unique experience to try in Paris. The fragrances can be overwhelming at times, but if you enjoy perfume, this is a fun way to make your own signature perfume. The instructor was helpful and was able to guide us when we couldn’t decide which scents we preferred.
