DO NOT PAY FOR THIS, IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY! This is way overpriced for what you get and if you have an issue, the customer service is terrible. There is no way to skip the line, everyone has to wait. If you buy tickets on your own you can climb the first 2 levels and reach the summit for $28, a far cry from the $108/pp they charge here. The guide was only with us up to the first level, maybe 30 min max. He bought us pastries and left. We paid for tickets to the summit which had been closed that morning. He explained it might re-open when we were on the second level and then we could use our tickets to go to the summit. That’s exactly what happened, we were on the 2nd level the lift to the summit opened we waited in line and presented our tickets only to be told they only gave us access to the second level. In order to buy new tickets we’d have to leave and wait in line and pay a second time. I called viator to see if our guide could cone back with the summit tickets but all they could do was refund us $14/pp of the highly inflated $108/pp we’d paid. Additionally our daughter got sick the night before and could not attend I requested that she could re-schedule or we could get a refund but they refused saying we hadn’t given 24 hours notice. She started vomiting in the middle of the night and told us the morning of so there was no way we could have given 24 hours notice. She actually had to go to the hospital later that day because she was so sick and viator still would not give a refund or allow her to do the climb another day. We did 2 other viator tours on this trip and they were great. This one is a total waste of your money.
