Horrible Experience

Do not book with this tour company. They did not show up. The Arc doesn’t open until 1000 we couldn’t even get in and do the tour. No money refunded yet.

The opening time of the monument is managed by the venue and is clearly stated before the visit. We understand your frustration, but our company provided the ticket service as booked, not a guided tour with a meeting or escort. Kind regards,
