Don’t book - They were a no show

I’ve booked multiple experiences through Viator while in Panama City, and each time the tour guide contacted me to confirm logistics. This company did not. Now only did no one show up, but they did not respond to my messages through the app. I showed up 15 minutes early and waited 20 minutes after the start time. Extremely piss poor customer service for a tourism company. Do not book this experience.

We apologize so much for this inconvenience to you. I would have been very irritated myself. We had some email issues with our systems and never received your booking which is why the tour guide never showed up. We have since corrected this issue but we understand this does nothing to make you feel any better. All we can do is say we are so sorry your time was wasted and if you decide to ever book this tour again we will not only give you an amazing tour, we will throw in dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants to make up for this error.

Gustavo is an amazing English speaking tour guide. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have an awesome time. In addition to bringing snacks, and gifting us with Panamanian hats, he’s also very knowledgeable about Panama and its nightlife! Don’t think about it twice…just book the tour!

Panama Vice tour made us feel like royalty and took us to some places even locals didn’t know exist.

This tour was amazing! The attention to detail and the amazing spots we stopped at to include several hidden speakeasy and some amazing rooftops. We had no idea these places even existed and Brad was an awesome guide who treated us like family. This tour was very flexible and Brad customized it to our liking. This is a must do tour even if your just in Panama for one night or doing a stopover.
