Wonderful afternoon!

A very enjoyable day! Our driver got us to the vinyards quickly. Once there, we had excellent wine, delicious food and breathtaking views of Vesuvius.

Ripped off terrible experience

This was a very disappointing experience. Firstly the tour we booked was not what we received. We booked a tour with free time to climb Vesuvius. We were told by our local tour guide that particular tour does not exist but yet it is still advertised on your website. The vineyard tour was very basic and not very informative. The wine tasting was non existent with only 3 meagre glasses of wine. We were informed very rudely that we were on the basic tasting and others in the group were on a superior tasting. We found this hard to believe as we paid 240 euro for this tour. We feel we did not receive what we paid for which is very disappointing. We contacted the local viator agent but she was not at all helpfull.

Amazing day, but not exactly as advertised

Overall great tour, but not quite as advertised. Giuseppe our tour was amazing. The pickup in Naples was convenient but a little awkward because we picked Giuseppe at Pompeii. The winery tour was incredible, with the owner and staff — it’s something I’ll remember forever. The wines and lunch were fantastic. Views weee unforgettable. The winery is at the base of Vesuvius. My only qualm is that I specifically picked this tour over other others because it included a crater hike. We didn’t do that at all. When I mentioned it, they offered a walk around the vineyard, which we had already done.
