Make sure you explain if on an independent audio tour, to ignore meeting point start.
Missed my entry time even though I was early, waiting for no one to turn up.
The staff was super friendly! We were a bit late for our ticket time and they still let us in. We spent 5 hours there, and still didn’t see everything. I suggest bringing some snacks and water. They do have food there, but it is a lot of walking, so be prepared! It was the highlight of our trip to Italy, and you’re a fan of Star Wars, then you have to visit!
First time Viator tours disappointed me. They cancelled my tour the day before saying they couldn’t confirm the tickets. I am waiting for my refund and I hope they do something extra for me as my group of 8 was very upset.

The grounds are massive and it's well worth a look. Very clean and well kept
The palace was regal as expected, the gardens were the best part and the golf cart tour to the English Gardens and the waterfall was so completely worth it!

Just the overall opulence of the palace is and was amazing to see how that era lived. We only got to go in one section of the palace..and that was enough..the gardens in back are killer..not sure what was going on for the front tho
We arrived as a family of 9 and could not visit the garden, as it turns out the garden's working hours are much shorter. We paid for a full tour and could only see half of it.
When we approached the staff, they treated like security guards at a cheap bar. Communicated very disrespectfully
We were disappointed with everything. Even the entrances to the manor are heavily neglected.
Palace and gardens were magnificent. The Palace was much bigger than we thought. A walk in the gardens early in the morning was fabulous with secret monuments everywhere. Recommend the shuttle bus to go to the top of fountains and walk around and down. Unfortunately our ticket timing was not as we ordered but later and you need all the time you can get to see everything.

This is a beautiful tour. The garden is a must. Be prepared to walk 4+ miles. There are also water filling stations along the way and a bathroom at the end of the garden as well as in the palace.
I have only one disappointment, as you sold tickets, though it was a free admission day.
The palace and especially the gardens and fountains were worth seeing.
We enjoyed the Palace. It was beautiful and riding bikes around the grounds was fun. My only complaint is that upon entry we were informed it was a “free entrance day”. Everyone can enter at no charge. I’m angry that I paid for tickets when I could have got in for free. Viator should have known this was a free day.
The expansive gardens and beautiful fountains are stunning. Be prepared to walk or grab the bus or horse and buggy. The palace itself is an awesome experience in every room. Lavishly decorated room after room with paintings on the ceilings and gold decorations. There are also many original pieces of furniture and artwork that astound. Well worth a visit.
To be hones, this is kind of a strange place. It is 'billed' as the Versailles of Italy and in size and setup it is, but it definitely looks run down and in need of lots of repair. The palace is in a part of town that doesn't seem real 'safe' - run down houses. It has a huge garden with the water fountain - the walk was 3 km from the back door of the palace to the water fall and fountain. So it is big. The inside of the Palace is really in despair. I don't think it has the tourist funding - doesn't get enough traffic to get money for upkeep. It is more like a place for local folks to picnic and walk around which is not bad, but if you are looking for it to be the same glitz as Versailles then you will be very disappointed.
It was a workout to walk to fountains and English Garden but worth it. We did not realize there was transportation available for people who had trouble walking. Information should be available. Also there are no maps or brochures available in English. I am glad I went but needed more information about the site before going
Gorgeous palace with lots of furniture, beautiful architecture, detailed molding, frescos, chandeliers... Huge palace and expansive gardens - note the length of the pools with fountains. For a small fee, a bus will drive you to the top.
Never again with them , I don't like them as an operator , very negative experience , I don't think I'll ever deal with them again in the future

Onze boeking werd 2 dagen voor de activiteit geannuleerd. Dit gebeurde ook enkel na we zelf contact hadden opgenomen, we hadden nog geen tickets ontvangen. We zijn dan maar zelf op een andere dag geweest en hebben goedkopere tickets aan de ingang can Caserta kunnen kopen. Zeer irritant als je planning zo aangepast wordt en je dit pas te horen krijgt als je er zelf naar vraagt.
Nessuno. Ho ricevuto i voucher e non mi è stato possibile scaricare i biglietti. Alla reggia ho dovuto pagare di nuovo per entrare e le 54€ date a voi sono andate in fumo. Vi ho contattato la mattina del 8 aprile alle 7,25 per chiedere come comportarmi alla biglietteria della reggia e non mi avete risposto per tempo.

buongiorno, siamo spiacenti del problema tecnico, i biglietti vengono inviati da VIATOR due volte, alcuni giorni prima della visita e la mattina alle 7 del giorno della visita. Nel suo caso pare siano stati inviati una terza volta, siamo spiacenti non fossero in tempo per evitarle un altro acquisto.
Primeiramente, não realizei o passeio, cheguei lá com meu noivo e fomos mal atendimentos e recepcionados pelos funcionários do castelo. Tentamos informações de como converter o voucher em ingresso e ninguém nos ajudou. Tentei contato telefônico e fui ignorada, e mesmo na bilheteria as pessoas diziam não saber do que se tratava esse voucher e queriam nos vender novos ingressos.
Resumo: Rodamos de Civitavecchia até lá, levamos uma multa por passar um PDF, não visitamos o castelo e muito menos fomos reembolsados o valor do ingresso.

bom dia, relembro que o serviço adquirido foi para uma visita independente, NÃO uma visita guiada. O bilhete para a visita independente está regularmente disponível na aplicação VIATOR e o pessoal da entrada não reconhece o voucher VIATOR mas apenas o bilhete oficial fornecido por nós (conforme explicado no site). Não temos conhecimento de nenhum telefonema para nossa central de atendimento, que teria enviado o ticket novamente para entrar
Habe trotz vieler Emailanfragen keine Karten bekommen, d.h. ich konnte nicht in den Palast.
An der Kasse wurde mir gesagt, dass der Versender ständig Karten verkauft aber nie welche verschickt, Auf alle meine Emails keine Anwort bekommen, auch von Viator nicht. Finger weg. Das war meine letzte Buchung bei Viator. Süditalien passt ja zu diesen Mafiamethoden.
Las entradas que teniamos no se pudiieron descargar . La gente de la entrada muy amables cogieron mi telefono para intentar descargar las entradas sin conseguirlo.. LLamamos por telefono al numero indicado por viator pero nadie respondia. Finalmente tuvimos que volver a comprar las entradas para poder entrar en el Palacio. Hay que comprar las entradas en el sitio oficial para evitar problemas.
Fue un autèntico desastre.

Lamentamos que las entradas que le enviamos después de su compra no se hayan podido descargar desde su teléfono.
Attention, je ne.conseille pas .. pas de billet a l'achat , il faut contacter un.numero de téléphone pour récupérer les billets et il ne.parle qu' anglais
Nous avons donc du repayer des.billets pour rentrer
Nous n’avons jamais reçu les billets définitifs pour l’entrée au palais, nous avions bien reçu le numéro de confirmation et de réservation pour accéder à la visite le jour avant.
Quand nous nous sommes présentés à l’entrée, le contrôleur ne nous a pas fait entrer, il a téléphoné lui-même au numéro du prestataire indiqué sur le e-mail et lui a expliqué la situation, mais soit disant notre numéro de réservation était introuvable.
Par contre ils ont bien débité le montant sur mon compte bancaire pour les deux billets avec un supplément car plus chère avec viator que sur le site officiel.
Nous avons dû faire demi- tour fâchés et déçus.
Nous ne voulons plus entendre parler de ce site et souhaitons le remboursement.

Aucune indication. Nous nous sommes trompés d’endroit pour les tickets. Rigidité absolue au niveau des horaires d’entrée alors que de nombreuses personnes ont pris leur billet en arrivant et sont entrées immédiatement.

Arrivato alla Reggia non si scaricava il biglietto non ho avuto problemi per la comprensione degli operatori Reggia. Appurato che il prezzo del biglietto era di 15 € a persona. Con Viator sono costati 20 € a persona. Prezzo esorbitante per un servizio scarso quasi inesistente; avrei rischiato se non avessi avuto la cortese attenzione degli impiegati della Reggia di non entrare.
