It was a nice trip and Michele our guide was amazing. Capri was very busy with lots of people. We were fortunate enough because of Michele to be able to do the chair lift. But very busy.

Michele was a fantastic guide! This was a small group of about 20. He did a fantastic job of asking individual opinions, giving clear directions, and suggestions on how to make sure our experience was the best it could be. He got us into the Blue Grotto first thing. It was very obvious that he was well respected on the island and collaborated very well with the other tour guides to divide and conquer the crowds efficiently. Thankful

A good tour of Capri. Island was very crowded. Since weather closed Blue Grotto, tour circled the whole island which was a good plan B. Would have been better to do the land portion first and then the boat tour. This would have missed the worst of the crowds and been a nice break from the afternoon heat. Guide Anna Maria was very nice and liked after the group well.

The BEST tour so far on our cruise. Alberto was absolutely incredible - knowledgeable , funny and he can SING!!! The blue caves were incredible, we had great food and shopping in Ana Capri (could have spent a lot more time shopping), and then we had a lovely boat tour around the coast of Capri, with a little time to grab gelato before we headed back to our cruise ship. Cannot say enough great things about Alberto and the tour in general. We will definitely be back to this beautiful island!

Michaele had this tip down to a science. He knew how to time things, move things to adjust to crowds and kept us moving at just the right pace to make the most out of our day. We cruised into Naples and decided Capri for the day was our destination and he really helped make that happen. Starting at Anacapri was awesome and less crowded and his lunch recommendation was magnificent! We had a very hot day and he made sure our ferry back was the newer AC type and we were grateful,

We had a wonderful day in Capri! Got to see the main sites and Michele was a fantastic guide providing a wealth of knowledge and great recommendations. We enjoyed the chair lift up to the top and the boat ride around the island. Had a fantastic meal at a recommended restaurant overlooking the sea! Our friends also found a limonchello place - the Blue Lizard -in Anacapri which provided our drinks in huge lemons! Just so fun!
My only issue with the day was the trip did not include Blue Grotto - we were offered to do this day of for an additional charge. We opted not to which is our choice, however they put two tour groups together - one that apparently had the Blue Grotto included and because of the time of year (nothing was open around there) we essentially had to wait around with nothing to do for an hour. Versus potentially dropping us off at one of the near by towns to do more exploring. The other group hadn't paid for the Boat Trip around the island and were offered an additional hour in the town Capri as the day lent itself to this. Again, minor just something for future guests to note.
Keep in mind as well, if it is raining they will cancel the trip as there is nothing to do on Capri when it rains.
Again, all in all. It was a wonderful way to spend a day away from Napoli!

Check in was easy, Georgio was an excellent guide. He was entertaining, enthusiastic and very informative about his island as he is a local. The Isle of Capri is beautiful, the Blue Grotto is a must see and the entire experience was well worth the money we paid.

Loved our tour with Serena! She’s so attentive with everyone and very engaging with her commentary. I loved the whole tour to Capri. The island is beautiful, we wish we had more time to explore Capri but it was enough to see the most beautiful parts of it. 10/10 would take this tour again with Serena. If you can do the chair lift, please do it! It’s the most peaceful and beautiful part of it!!

Alberto was our guide for the day - he is INCREDIBLE!!
This was by far the best excursion we have been on. We were met at the Port by Alberto and travelled by Ferry to the Isle of Capri. Once there we travelled by minibus along the MamaMia Road and visited the blue cave - spectacular! We had time for lunch in AnaCapri and then had a fantastic private (12 people) boat ride around the island.
The scenery was absolutely spectacular and Alberto's commentary was spot on, informative and had us in fits of laughter.
All this in 1 day and of course Alberto made sure we arrived back at the Port in plenty of time to return to our ship.
Thankyou Alberto for a wonderful, amazing and breathtakingly beautiful day.

We just finished a cruise where the first stop was in Naples, Italy. Our excursion started by trying to find the right Tour at the Snack Bar at the Port in Naples. Once located, we received our ferry tickets and were on the first ferry out for the morning. The tour guide explained that the Blue Grotto was open but we did not pay for the Blue Grotto Tour. She recommended we go since it's only open 200 days out of the year. We agreed and waited in a long line unsure of what was going on. However, once we got closer and saw why we were waiting, the opening is so small that when the wake of the passing boats rises it's impassable, we understood the need for patience. After paying 36€ for the Blue Grotto tickets we were very pleasantly surprised and even got a serenade from our rowboat captain! Next we went to lunch in Anacapri and were lucky enough to find Il Sandalo Caprese next to the restaurant where my daughter got custom sandals made before making it back to the bus. Then we went to Capri for amazing views and the best Gelato ever! They made the waffle cones right there and they were still hot while you were holding them - check them out at IG and FB @gelateriabuonocorecapri
Then it was on to the Boat Tour around the entire island, which is what we thought we had signed up for in the first place. We were able to see additional grottos and the Faraglioni Rocks. This was an amazing way to see a lot of the island in a condensed amount of time. Our tour guide, Alessandra, was great and when she was rounding us all together, she always called us Familia.

This was the perfect time, I only wish it could have been longer. It was so nice to be in a small group, we had plenty of space, the food and drinks were delicious, and the crew was fantastic. I couldn't have been more happier.

Viator helped us sign up for this tour when another tour we were booked on cancelled the day before. I was so happy they did!
Alberto showed us a wonderful time and had a good balance between guided tour and free time. He was extremely personable and even sang on the boat ride around the island.
We were not able to go into the blue grotto due to sea conditions, but did get to go around the island to see the rock formations and even went through one of them..
Word of warning, the hydrofoil boat trip to Capri was very rough and sea sick bags were passed around.
Capri was beautiful, but very expensive. Save any purchases until you get to Anicapri.

We were so lucky to get on this tour. It was smaller & more intimate than the others we saw which we really liked. Our tour guide Roberto took every extra effort to make sure we were getting the best experience. He quickly responded to our messages morning of the tour as well. The boat tour portion around the island & faraglioni rocks exceeded what we could’ve imagined. 10/10 must do. We also enjoyed the company of other passengers on the tour. Everyone was very helpful.

Super organisation et super guide. Serena et Teresa sont des amours. Elles ont bien pris le temps de nous expliquer ce qui était le plus important a voir, ont fait en sorte que nous passions un bon moment et que nous ne perdions pas de temps dans les files d’attente lorsque nous devions acheter nos tickets.
Attention cependant pour la grotte bleue, il y a parfois beaucoup d’attente en raison de la montée de l’eau
