Our guide was very knowledgeable and had many places to show us. He was interesting to listen to and seemed anxious to please. We saw maybe too much and walked fast to get it all in. He did not stop often enough to let us catch up. We are in our 70s and there was a family with a stroller that could have used a chance to maybe see less by keeping closer to the guide to learn more about what we were seeing.
The tour provided a great level of detailed and walking activity. Patricia was great and very willing to provide additional information.
The tour was very well organized! Ania was fantastic!! She truly made the tour so memorable and her passion to share her knowledge was amazing!!
The best way to get familiar with Munich is to walk it with a friendly guide giving to history and details.

The guide was knowledgeable, very professional and patient. Luckily the other couple did not show up so it was more like me and my wife had a personal tour guide. Definitely recommended!!
Florian was our guide and he was so attentive and informative. He made the tour so interesting and took the time to get to know us. This was a small group of 6 and was perfect as we didn’t have to strain to hear the guide speaking. There was a demonstration in Munich on the day of our tour which interrupted the tour a bit, Florian didn’t hesitate to take us on an alternative route and despite the delay, he never rushed us around to finish within the allotted time. He was happy to chat and answer our questions. We would thoroughly recommend this tour and particularly this guide for his interesting stories and depth of knowledge being born and bred in Munich.
It is very informative and interesting. The sites we stopped was well selected for represent the city. We liked very much.

This was such a wonderful experience even though it rained for us during our tour, I'm so glad we were able to see everything we did! Our guide was such a gem and super knowledgeable, we traveled with my 2 young children and our guide was excellent at helping to keep us on time but also accommodate our slower pace with my kids. It is ideal at the start of your holiday to provide orientation of the city.
It was a bit disappointing due to our guide seeming to be a little disorganised. It was also very busy in Munich at the time so it would have been better to have someone who could really project their voice. I missed half the information because I couldn’t hear what was being said.
The tour began in the central square of historic Munich at 2:40. At 3 pm the church bells in the area perked for ten minutes while I your guide tried to explain his historical points. This tour guide needs to provide participants with an audio device and earpiece do you can understand what he is saying. The noise in the city during this Satywas very loud.

Yes, it is very loud on a Saturday in the city.
In particular during the Octoberfest. Theer are 7 million tourist in the city in 2 weeks.
If you like we would give you a voucher to do this tour again.

This walking tour with Noel was really quite amazing! Noel is knowledgeable, personable, and tailored the experience to me since I ended up being the only one on the tour. Despite being the only one, he spent time patiently answering my questions, showing me all the places listed, and gave me an incredible look into local culture and history. The tour is thorough and enjoyable. The tour operator allowed me a last minute time change, which I appreciated a lot. Definitely 5 stars!! Munich’s old town and English garden are well worth a visit, and this tour is a great introduction to the city!
The guide was nice and friendly and did take us to visit many areas of the city; some of which were not listed for the tour. The check in process could have been better. The reality is that this was more of a city tour as we only entered the very beginning of the English Gardens and never came close to the river surfers. We were shown where the Hofbrauhaus was, but that was it. Our tour ended at the Viktualienmarket so that was explored on our own.
It is very fast paced and you will need to walk quickly if you have our tour guide Chris. Lots of useful tips and secret short cuts to use as well historical information about Munich. We were doing the tour during PRIDE celebrations so streets were crowded and the music was loud at Marienplatz where we started the tour.
Florian was a fantastic tour guide! We were able to walk through the city. He had stories about every aspect of the old town. We would 100 percent recommend him for your tour!
Thomas met us at the time and place described, he was easy to spot and friendly to speak with. The tour was fun, informative, and organic. I would love to have had a beer with our guide and hear all his stories and tips.
We really enjoyed our walk around the city- avoiding the crowds. We saw lots of historic buildings as well as the beautiful English Gardens. Dianna really knows her history, architecture and way about town. She customized our small group to guide us to what we were most interested in. We highly recommend this tour.
This excursion provided a very good orientation to Munich. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The soccer tournament noisy fans and the heat affected our enjoyment.
