It was horrific weather when we went but on the plus, a lot of the tourist areas were free of people so we saw some great views. The tour was really fun and the instructor was really nice.

We booked in advance of our trip and it was raining very hard for hours we arrived via uber and asked if we could reschedule and were told no, nor could we obtain a refund. We will never book on Viator again It wasn't safe to utilize a segway that day, the streets had so much standing water and you could not have safely utilized a segway for 2 hours in the pouring down rain.

Our tours run rain or shine and we offer high quality, full-body rain ponchos to keep our guests safe and warm on tour. We would never run the tour during a storm or if there was real danger, but on this day it was only a light drizzle and so the tour went ahead. Contrary to what you write here, we did offer a free reschedule but unfortunately we did not have a tour time that you found suitable. If you had joined us on tour, I'm sure you would have had a great time. Perhaps in the future we will get a chance to delight you on tour!

This was an excellent tour! Our main guide, I can’t remember his name, was a slender Italian man with a goatee, was great. The day was rough. It was raining and freezing, but he still pushed on and we had a great time. So all the sites and got to admire a lot of Milano. I lost my wallet, and they tried to help me find it. And then miraculously - someone found it and gave it back to me! Anyway, it was great, my whole family loved it.
