Visit to Duomo and La Scala not allowed in case of special events. We will give you tickets for the entrance in a different day.

La scala was good tour did not go into dumo your tour guide was rude and unprofessional was not satisfactory

This was an excellent way to see Milan for the first time. Our guide was friendly and informative. We were on a bus for some of the tour from which we saw some places that we were visited later. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful La Scala theatre.

Interesting but Disappointed

Did not meet my expectations! I was disappointed that the description and reviews did not deliver and lacked transparency, We did not find out that we would not be going up to see the panorama view until it was it was too late to purchase a ticket. We purchased the tour with our understanding that we would see the Duomo at both levels. With only limited time in Milan, I would have purchased a different tour.

The tour guide was very good and did a good job engaging the group throughout the tour. However, we were told when booking the tour that our ticket included going to the very top of the Duomo to experience the panoramic view. This did not happen and we were not told until the very end of the tour that our ticket did not include that experience. This was very disappointing to say the least!

The Duomo was beautiful. But we didn’t get to see Teatro alla Scala as was supposed to happen. Instead they gave us a voucher instead of refunding us for this portion of the tour.

Better than expected. Started at Castella, walked toward Duomo via main shopping street. Duomo excellent. Plenty of time in the caterdral. Walked via Galleria Vittorio, then piazza della scala (statute of leonardo) to La scala. All excellent. Guide was very good, but sound on headsets not always great. There was also some confusion on the tour as some were also booked for last supper, but guide thought all on the tour were. We knew we hadn’t paid for this and had done the last supper the day before, but others were disappointed. Overall, we got what we paid for and found it really informative.

Excellent tour. Our guide was very informative and English was great. He kept everyone moving at a good pace. Learned about some secrets that are hidden away. This tour was absolutely worth it. My wife is recovering from a hip injury and we couldn’t continue on. However, I’m sure if we did, there would be no disappointments. Our 11 yr old child was very interested in what our guide had to say. Also if you don’t cover your shoulders or knees, you will be denied entrance. HOWEVER, there are cover ups being sold outside. It’s still a place of worship and there must be respect.

We covered so much inspite of the short schedule. Highly appreciate the little secrets around the places we stopped. Sad I wasn’t able to grab a ticket to see the Last Supper. But all in all, this tour is highly recommended.

Great guide. Didn’t get to see Scala

Our guide was great and informative. However, we were offered a voucher/ticket for Scala since it was closed that day. Since I leave the next day and will not be able to use the ticket for the trip, I was told I could even come back in 2 years and use it. Lol…. Excuse me that’s ridiculous. A refund option or at-least a partial refund should’ve been offered before the tour started. Overall, Though the guide was good and informative, the front desk people are a mess and unrealistic. I will request a partial refund for false advertisement and for wasting my time.

We got no notification that we needed knees covered so some of the women in our group were not allowed in even when guide tried to wrap a sweater around her to resemble a skirt yet he let in all the men with shorts on shorter than her skirt.

This tour company is hit and miss but this one was a hit! Very entertaining and took the stress off me for a quick look around Milan. Does not include last supper so be sure to book that tour not this one if you want to see it!
