The 10+ activities were sold out and the Vendor refused to refund my $! I paid over $120 for something that was not available and sold out because of the Holidays. The Hop on Hop off portion of the ticket was about $26 but I didn’t use any of it. My money was wasted and I had to request a charge back from PayPal!

Terrible and very bad experience

Terrible experience. We struggled for 2 hours to get the passes. App does nt work. No one responds and it was a nightmare. We spent half the day figuring it out and it still did nt work. Tour operator does not communicate or reply. Really bad experience. I will be suing them when i return to new jersey for consumer fraud
