You have 15 minutes to take in the stunning mural, which has survived centuries of neglect, weather, and a devastating bombing campaign during World War II. Find out why the painting is considered one of the finest in the world, from the elegant contrasts of light and dark to the dramatically grouped figures of the apostles.
After viewing the painting, you have time to talk with your guide about its history, the unusual painting methods that Leonardo used, and how it became a cultural touchstone worldwide. Continue into the Santa Maria delle Grazie church, once a private place of worship for the Sforza and Dukes who ruled Milan in the 15th-century. Follow the church’s architecture from its 15th-century beginnings to renovations by Renaissance master architect Bramante. It was fraud. These tickets were never registered with the museum and we were not allowed in. Guide was not allowed in either. Others within the same group with this company had the same issue. Need money back.

We turned up along with other people for our tour yesterday, Sunday 7th June 2026 at 10am . There was no guide , no tour we didn’t get to see “The Last Supper “. We rang viator but they couldn’t get in contact with tour guide and passed on a number that we all tried numerous times but to no avail! Very disappointing for everyone would not recommend this tour company

I arrived at the meeting spot at 2:00pm.
1 hour early. Spent a hour leaguing to find the Guide. There was no Tour Guide or any person affiliated with Viator. I went into the Ticket Office. They said even though I booked through Viator the names on both tickets would be in their system. Our names weren't in the system. The person in the ticket office said this was the second time today someone showed up with a Viator ticket and weren't allowed entry. I spent $381 dollars for the once in a lifetime chance to see this famous art. I would like my money refunded since we were not granted access.

Guide was late. No mention in booking that guide wouldn’t be accompanying us inside because it was Sunday and they weren’t allowed. Also, the actual painting viewing time is different than the time of tour. Not a problem for us but some others had trains to catch so it was a problem for them. Gorgeous painting though.

We knew we were overpaying because we booked last minute, but this experience felt like a complete cash grab with little to no added value. We paid about $185 per person for what ended up being roughly 15 minutes of commentary before entry, and the guide wasn’t even allowed to go inside with us to view The Last Supper due to it being the first Sunday, something that wasn’t relayed until we got there.
The painting itself was incredible and we’re very happy we got to see it, but regular tickets are around $15, so the markup felt extreme for such a minimal experience.
It was also very disorganized. At least two other couples had the same booking confirmations and receipts as us, but their names weren’t on the list and they were denied entry. It was really hard to watch after they had spent so much money.
I’d strongly recommend trying to book standard tickets directly instead.

Did not happen. This was a complete scam. There were no tickets purchased, no guide showed up. 15 people had their hearts broken, all having paid differing amounts for the same experience. The onsite box office said the company did it to a morning group. The Last Supper was sold out so we couldn’t even rebuy tickets. The onsite office also said not a single group ticket had legitimately been purchased that day. This occurred on a Sunday, the viewing is closed on Monday which was our last day in town so we left without seeing the one thing we came to Milan to see. I do not under any circumstances recommend.

This company scammed me. They sold me tickets to the last supper for Sunday, June 7th of 2026 at 11:30am and it was a scammed. We showed up at the time and there was absolutely no one. No one ever answered my phone calls or messages (WhatsApp and DM through Viator). When I go ask at the museum’s ticket counter they tell me that they were not allowing tours that day and my name was not in the list for the tickets. A waste of time, money, and the illusion to see the art as a once in a lifetime experience. I hope they are banned from selling ANYTHING ANYWHERE. Thieves!

We paid $189.00 per person for a $15.00 per person ticket with only the information on the meeting place and time , while no information on the actual start time to the Last Super tour and if there will be a guide at the meeting place. I messaged the activity operator 3 time and called them 3 times with no response !!!!!

Booked the Last Supper originally April 13 for six tickets. The tour operator, Ferderico, canceled on May 25. I was left scrambling for tickets and was helped by Christopher at Viator and booked six tickets for today, June 7 at 3:30 pm. We arrived at 3:00 pm. At 3:30 pm no guide. We tried to message the tour operator who did not answer. The operator never showed and never called. We tried to buy tickets however there were none available. We put all of our hopes and faith in Viator which is also TripAdvisor only to be devastated by the lack of support and the failure to explain what happened. If you’re traveling and something is really important I urge you to avoid Viator and TripAdvisor. I recommend you work through your hotel concierge well in advance for a service that you can count on. You cannot count on Viator or TripAdvisor.

Avoid this booking. We had 3:30 tickets to The Last Supper. Arrived ten minutes early. Operator never showed up and we still don’t know what happened. There were no tickets available and the guide had our tickets and never even cancelled but left us waiting. The main reason for us visiting Milan and we were left disappointed. I would recommend you cancel all Viator and TripAdvisor tours and search for more reliable options. Have your hotel arrange tours instead of using this most unreliable service.

The tour was great and the guide was highly informative. The only issue we encountered was finding your guide. We were told they would be holding a sign with our name on it. We arrived 40 min early in an effort to not miss the tour. We could not find the guide. There was one person holding a sign with someone else’s name on it. Fortunately in a panic as we were close to starting we randomly asked everyone with a name sign and this one person asked if we were Izzi. Problem solved however if we missed it we wouldn’t have been let in. Thx

You were advised of the above mentioned amendment the day before your tour and not 15 minutes before your tour start time. Everything is written.

We bought tickets for 2 Nov without knowing that the first Sunday of the month, guides are not allowed by the Cathedral to enter with the groups. It would have been helpful to be informed in advance so we can book alternative dates. The guide had to give us the brief before we entered. But it was still the highlight of our visit! Anyone who visits Milan should not miss this.

The visit to Da Vinci Last Supper Mural was just breathtaking. It will leave you with goosebumps. The tour guide, Mariagrazia was brilliant. She was so incredibly informative & helpful.
Viator even called us to say the tour guide was waiting for us. Fabulous service.

Don't trust the scheduled time; they change it as desired a few weeks before the day, and they insist on it. It's best to buy directly from the official website. We had a 10 a.m. appointment, but they changed it to 8:20 a.m., much earlier, and despite the complaints from our contacts, they made us arrive much earlier than we should have.

if tour start time is amended it means that the Last Supper Managment for some reasons had to amend it.
You were advised of the tour start time change weeks before. You had the chance to book with a different supplier, you had the chance of cancelling your booking.
You didn't.
The Last Supper is a unique masterpiece and you should be honored to view it with our 8:20 am guided tour.
We could cancel your booking but we preferred to reprotect you with an earlier tour.

We were informed that the Last Super was closed for the day due to a strike so our tour was cancelled when in reality it wasn't as we saw people entering the building. Fortunately my daughter was able to contact a Viator representative and we were able to get our tickets but not a guided tour.
