Our guide (Mr. Salvatore) was very nice and was able to share a lot of good information on Milan’s past, present and future. It was a good overall representation of the city. I would recommend to anyone spending less than 48hrs in the city.

Although Milan is beautiful-this seemed unorganized. There were 7 people in the group and the guide was not confident in talking or guiding. Headphones would have been very helpful-we were unable to hear her.

The tour guide did not know the correct time for the tour to start nor the correct number of people. She was an hour late. She was very knowledgeable about Milan and did give us a very good tour. However, because of her running an hour late we had to cut the last hour of our tour. Lastly, unfortunately, she did not have very good hygiene. I have used Viator before and will continue to use them.

It is such an informative tour. It is a good crash course of Milan if you either don’t have a lot of time in the city, or if you’re looking no for places where to start exploring. I feel that because this is a walking tour, I was more engaged and the small group made it much more personalized.

A fantastic walking tour which took us to all the major areas of Milan’s central area and included a few great secret spots. Our guide Elena was wonderful, full of enthusiasm and passion for her city and made the 3 hours fly by …. She even gave some great recommendations for other places to visit during our stay … a great way to learn about Milan if you are visiting

My daughter and I loved our tour with Fernando in Milan yesterday! Our similar careers in Technology/Software made for a very personal connection and the conversation benefitted from that. His knowledge of local Milanese history, culture, arts, architecture, fashion, politics and even the recent Olympics stood out from other guides we've taken over the years. We started at the Duomo, made our way through the Galleria, talked about Teatro alla Scala, wandered through the great Brera neighborhood, and ended at the Castello. At every corner he stopped to explain the significance of statues, churches, buildings, and everything else! We learned more about Milan in 3 hours than we could have doing it on our own in days.
