Francisco was a great guide. I would skip the Lugano end. In fact Viator changed the schedule and we entered Switzerland because we didn’t know that it was added we had no passports with us. Lugano isn’t worth the time.

The boat cruise is VERY short. When we initially met with tour guide, she said it would be 1-1/2 - 2 hours. It wasn’t even half that. The tours of Como, Bellagio and Languna were self tours.

Rafaela was great , very knowledgeable and was funny. He gave us recommendations for each area we stopped in which was extremely helpful. The drive through como city was interesting lots of windy road but the driver took it in his stride!!

Great Locations BUT Did NOT Match Description

The locations themselves were beautiful and the tour guide was knowledgeable, nice, and helpful; but the tour did not match the description, as we went to Lugano Switzerland--which was NOT on the itinerary I booked. The time in Como and Bellagio was not quite long enough. The ferry ride and the boat tour were both great, but a few less people on the long boat cruise would have been nice.

Ana, the guide, just spectacular. Friendly, generous and with an outstanding level of detail. A journey of almost 12 hours, and keeping the level until the last minute, is to be appreciated.
