With a house on Lake Como, George Clooney seems to be a main "attraction." But there is so much more to the Lake experience. Arriving in Como from Milan, we visited the Blessed Lady of the Assumption Cathedral which was built starting in the 15th century. After a cappuccino, we embarked on a cruise to Bellagio passing large estates and small villages along the way. Alex, our tour guide, was excellent and eager to share information about the region.

Great driver and destinations.
We had a wireless headset we carried around all day but only used for 5vminutes end of tour.
The big down fall is no toilets on bus. Be sure you don't need to use one for a couple hours. Do don't drink coffee before you leave!

Made for a long day comfortable bus ride excellent driver lack of a bathroom on the bus is not acceptable for the women travelers

A bit long - long ride home and long ride on the boat. It was Sunday for my travel - a lot of people everywhere. Not enough time to explore. The restaurant is super crowded.

Good tour! Amato was a great friendly tour guy! The last boat ride was too long! No need for such a long 2 hours boring ride!! Then walking 2 miles at the end to get to the bus was not fun after a whole day out there! I would recommend for that last boat ride to end at one of the several stops it made where the bus could wait for us and avoid that late arrival back to Milano!
Also, a sign of the tour name on the bus or at the bus stop at the meeting point would be helpful! We had to go asking all the buses parked at the meeting point area to find our bus!! It took us 30 min to find it!

Thank you, Henry, for your valuable advice. The tour, being one of the most beautiful on Lake Como, is indeed very crowded in August and early September, which often causes delays. I recommend this tour from mid-September onwards, as you will be able to fully enjoy it without too much chaos

The tour was great but the time advise from Viator was incorrect, this tour finishes at 7:00pm and not 5:30pm. We found this out on the tour and had to book emergency ferry’s and trains to catch our flight home in time.

Hi, you are right, the tour was planned for the indicated time, but to see all the attractions in detail, the time increases. Additionally, since it is one of the best-selling tours, it is always very popular, and moving many people together slows things down a bit. Thank you for your observation.

Giving it a 3 star because the description of this specific tour is very misleading. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bellagio. However the cruise around Lake Como is literally a local ferry ride that makes stops at each port from Bellagio to Como and that was the worst part of the trip. Being in the heat for 2 hours was very uncomfortable. The views are spectacular. However if the cruise description was accurate then we would have opted for a private boat option and gotten in the water to make the experience more enjoyable.

Thank you for your review. This tour is our most requested and can occasionally be a bit crowded. We offer a similar tour with a private boat and an additional visit to Lugano. The private boat tour lasts 1 hour and accommodates fewer people, while the ferry tour lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes and allows us to navigate the entire length of the Como branch

Our guide was excellent, she explained everything in great detail and was very helpful. Bellagio was beautiful but very busy as expected, 2 hours here then a wait for a trip on a public ferry, not a cruise. It was crowded, hot and took over 2 hours to reach the last stop of Como. This was the highlight for us but as we only had half an hour here it was very disappointing.

Tour was not as described. Description says limited to 15 people and we had more than 40. Only spent 45 min in Como not 3 hours as outlined. Contacted tour company with no response.

Hallo, As specified in the program the three hours include Lake Como, approximately 2.5 hours and then Como city, approximately 1 hour.
It would be really excessive to spend 3 hours just in the center of Como

Guide was fine no issues. the tour itself was not enough activity, overall boring and too many people visiting the area without, anything to see/do, was just not a tour that was enjoyable for us.

Valentina is an excellent, very knowledgeable tour guide.
Bellagio is beautiful. The 2 hour boat ride is too long and boring.
When I book this tour, Lugano was part of the trip. I was even reminded to bring my passport when entering Switzerland. But Lugano was scratched off the itinerary yesterday?????

The tour is worthy, however the bus left Milano 15 minutes late. Also, considering it was a holiday and there was a lot of locals visiting the same places, the provider should have included a Cruise without stops from Como to Bellagio. The boat we took was completely full and the tour guide was not able to provide information during the 2 hour cruise, with several stops.

Foi maravilhoso o passeio. Pena que caminho devagar em função de uma artrose no quadril. A guia corria muito e eu ia acompanhando como podia. Sempre sendo a última. Mas fora isto que é uma dificuldade pessoal, tanto a Ana quanto o Viccenzo foram maravilhosos. Ela sabia muito e ele dirigia com tranqüilidade e presteza. Recomendo muito.
