- During the tour, you are given radio system to easily listen to the guide. In case of no return or lost device, you will be charged a 50€ penalty fee.

- The tour has to respect timetables, so it is mandatory to respect the times of the meeting points indicated by the guide in order not to get lost during the tour.
- Comfortable shoes are recommended and, in summer, sun protection (sunglasses, sunscreen, hat)
- The dress code is fairly casual, but please be mindful in sacred places to ensure that your shoulders are covered
- Please ensure that you are at the meeting points indicated by the guide at the specified time in order not to get lost during the tour. It is not possible to join the tour after it has already left the meeting points

Wasnt informed properly. I thought it was being moved to Dec 6 then without realizing it was really cancelled. Bad thing... i didn't go to Lake como... everything messed up.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected illness of the guide at the very last minute (on the 5th late afternoon), the tour of 6th had to be cancelled. We immediately attempted to contact all participants through the available communication channels and as soon as possible, we issued a full refund.
We fully understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when planning a visit to Lake Como, and we sincerely apologize for the impact on your experience.

The tour guide was excellent and made meet up instructions very clear. The beauty of Lake Como is amazing! The boat ride allowed us to see the lake from a different perspective. The bus rides are long but worth the effort.

It should be noted in the description that there is no bathroom on the bus or boat. It is a 1 hour trip to Como. Then you have 1.5 hours on your own. No tour. Then a 1 hour trip to the boat. Then 1 hour on the boat. The tour guide provides narration, but people are rude and have loud conversations, completely ignoring the guide. Then 1.5 hours in Bellagio on your own. No tour. Then a 15 min boat ride back to the bus. And finally a 3.5 hour bus ride back to Milan. It should also be suggested that there is a minimum age of 10. They constantly remind you to find a toilet before getting on the bus/boat, however to do that you have to make a purchase at a bar/restaurant. I would not recommend this tour.

Also this past week-end was particularly busy, which unfortunately led to heavier traffic on the return to Milan. Experience overall was good - didn’t stop by to see the Italian gardens and instead went past them with the boat. Coach trip on the way back had no breaks and was exhausting as long and cramped either not much room.
Paid extra to have “Aperol spritz’s” included on the boat but that never happened.
The whole trip felt a bit rushed as it stated it will take 11 hours but lasted around 6-7hrs.
Probably wouldn’t book it again, and don’t spend the extra cash for drinks as you won’t get any.

Perhaps you did not take the tour with us. Our tours do not offer the option to pay extra for Aperol Spritz on the boat, and we usually are one of the few tours that always includes a stop at the Villa Olmo gardens, as clearly indicated.

While the journey was smooth, there were some issues. While on the bus, we were not able to hear what the guide was saying over the microphone because she spoke softly and the bus engine was loud. Como was beautiful, and we had plenty of time to explore. The boat ride would have been better if we’d gotten a seat outside, but there wasn’t enough room. It was miserable (lack of air flow and hot) inside the boat. We had an hour and a half in Bellagio, and we ate at the recommended restaurant. It was a disappointing experience because the promised view of the lake was nonexistent, and the service was slow. We had no time to explore Bellagio. If the issues mentioned are fixed, this tour will be excellent.

This was a good tour. The guide was great and the locations were fun and beautiful. The only issue was the A/C on the bus broke. It was 90 degrees and super uncomfortable. This was not the tour guides fault however.

Terrible, bus with broken AC. no way to fix it and felt we were in a sauna for several hours. For what we paid we would have expected better or even try to fix it while we where out for lunch (more than 2 hours) Tour Ok but nothing out standing

We would like to point out that the problem with the air conditioning was completely unforeseeable. All the buses we use for our tours are carefully selected and are always equipped with air conditioning because we want to ensure our customers maximum comfort throughout the trip.
As soon as we noticed the fault, we did everything possible to resolve it promptly, even during the lunch break. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, it was not possible to intervene in a timely manner. We understand the inconvenience and sincerely apologize for what happened.

About 24 hours before the starting time we were informed that the itinerary had been changed to include Lugano. Then they were late at the meeting point were we found that the bus was already almost full.
We spent 11 hours mostly in the bus. In Como, there was time to have a Quick Look of the Cathedral and to buy ice cream and back to the bus. In Bellagio we had lunch and back to the bus after walking about 15 minutes under the rain since the bus was parked outside of town.. so, we saw nothing of Bellagio. Lugano time was similar to Como. There was a ride in a boat on the lake that was nice and the only enjoyable portion of this tour. Spending so much time on the bus is boring and tiresome.

I have been asked to review a trip I booked whilst in Milan.
Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side. It was a damp dismal day however this did not detract from the beauty of Lake Como. The low hanging cloud over the mountains gave it a magical feel.
Onto the tour, our guide was a very nice lady. She was factual but very difficult to understand. The tour was advertised as English and whilst she did speak English her accent made it difficult to understand. She was a few sentences in before I realised she was speaking English. Tour companies’ please note just because somebody claims to be able to speak English. The target audience, English speaking nationals, need to be able to understand them.
Arriving at Bellagio we were informed it was low season and the majority of places were closed. However, the tour guide did advise she would take us to a restaurant she recommended for lunch. We were reminding that because it was low season we had limited choice because most shops/cafes were still closed and not scheduled to open for a week or so when the tourist season started. We had been up very early and were hungry at this point so took her advice, (as did the majority of our group)
I have to say the food was very nice at the recommended restaurant Hotel Suisse, however the price was eye watering, 71 euros for two plates of pasta, (carbonara and lasagne) and two glasses of house wine. Guys this was evening a la carte prices for a spot of lunch. However, the warning that majority of places were closed left us feeling we were a captive audience with limited options. My experience of ‘recommended’ places to eat on tours have been positive in the past with lunch time menus presented or a fixed price option. Not here, left the restaurant feeling ripped off. This was compounded by the fact when we went to explore Bellagio, a beautiful little port area, there were lots of places or take away cafes offering much cheaper food options that were open.
Our walking tour of Como was a stroll up the main street then left to our own devices to explore for 1.5 hours.
The places we visited, Lake Como, Bellagio and Como town were beautiful, however we left feeling very disappointed. We didn’t come away feeling we knew more about the history of the places we visited due to the language barrier and we still feel aggrieved a the prices we paid for a spot of lunch.

It may seem like and early morning for the trip - but I can tell you - well worth it!
Our tour guide was funny, informative and very chatty which made the trip!
We were only in Milan for 3 days - but so glad we did this to Lake Como!

Plenty of time at each stop. Franco was an excellent guide speaking English Spanish and French to accommodate our tour group. He also gave recommendations on restaurants. Fabrizio was an excellent driver.
The bus was nice and clean and had USB outlets for recharging your phone. And you could leave things on the bus in between stops too if you wanted.
It’s a long day but well worth it.

Daniel the guide was knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. He organized the stops very well. Alfredo the driver was incredible. He drove perfectly on the narrow roads. In the morning I was delayed a few minutes because I got confused with the subway, but the person in charge of telephone communications was very kind and told me the next stop where I could join the tour. The bus had perfect temperature and was clean. The boat was very good also, safe and big enought. Everything was good, the only thing that would improve was the recommendation of the Nando restaurant in Belagio, I feel that the service there was not at the same level as the tour and the food was not relevant at all. But it's not that it was bad either. 100 points for the tour, happy that I made a good decision when choosing them.

We had a great day even though the weather wasn’t great. The guide was informative and fun and we were able to enjoy what the time on the bus, in the boat and exploring the towns. There was a good amount of time at each stop and the boat trip was great. The route also took in Lake Lugano which was beautiful. This was a great way to experience this region making full use of the day that we had.

Wonderful trip! We traveled by bus [no toilet], boat, and train. We had no idea that this was a 13-hour trip and did not have warm clothes on the St. Moritz, Switzerland portion of the trip.
It would have been helpful to have more than 20 minutes to find a restaurant, bathroom before traveling to the next stop.
Our bus driver must have been having a bad day because he demonstrated "road rage" on the return drive from St. Moritz.

Our hostess Lina was sweet and ran the tour very timely. It is rather long by bus but to be expected. Just enough time to “taste” each stop. We took Lina’s recommendation and tried the tableside prepared fettuccine at Suisse restaurant in Bellagio, It did not disappoint!

The experience, towns, and food we got to experience was very good.
We initially were looking forward to going to the city of Como, but we were unable to due to "new municipality dispositions." However, they added another City in Switzerland, Lugano. This location was still very beautiful and we got to say many towns around Lake Como
Ample time was given to explore each location as well
