Terrible experience. Received tickets, text messages confirming time and place as 4pm. Waited in the rain for 30 minutes and tour operator never arrived. Asked for refund.

thanks for your grim effort to downgrade this top seller experience. We agreed that you would have participated at the 8 30 am but you did not show up. You actually showed up at the wrong time when the guide was aleady gone with the group. Please next time put the tour in your agenda at the proper time and avoid writing false accusation and review. regards
