Marco was an excellent guide. He not only spoke about why The Last Supper is such an important piece of art but, before we entered to see it, he told us about the history of the location which was fascinating. Our visit to Sforza Castle was just as interesting.

Informative. The last supper is a must see. My only complaint is that we paid for a 2 hour small group tour so most of the group left us after the last supper. The guide allowed two guest who did not pay for the additional castle tour to join us. Those of us who paid for this were upset.

How do you know if the guests who came to the castle didn't pay their tour fee? If you had any doubts, you could have asked the guide, who would have explained the reason. all the best.

Sara, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and kept the commentary very interesting for our tour of the Last Supper. Our second tour with Sara was to the Sforza Castle. This was a much smaller group which made the experience even better.

Meeting place was a bit vague with many groups meeting at same time. One guy showed up without a ticket thinking he could buy or fill in. When it’s sold out don’t bother. You have 15 minutes to see the master.it is timed & very strict. No water bottles or drink’s allowed

Our guide was excellent and very informative. The Last Supper is a must see if you are traveling to Milan. I liked being in a small group. Also the Castle was beautiful. Our guide took extra time to explain little known facts about the Last Supper Painting and Castle.

That the tickets are available for collection outside the church.
For easy entrance don't carry food or drink.

We met at the Santa Maria Delle Grazie first. Marco was excellent about telling the history of the basilica as well as the painting. As an art teacher, and Leonardo aficionado, I thought he did a supurb job in depicting the history and the story behind The Last Supper. I loved his passion, and ability to create the emotions and reactions of each individual disciple. After the tour, there was some time to go to the bookstore, however I took this time to go to the Basilica, After that we proceeded to the Castle. We only walked around the outside and in the three courtyards. You may purchase a ticket and go inside on your own after the tour, but I was getting tired of walking and needed a lunch break. The castle is just a short walk to the Duomo so I walked over there then headed back to my BnB, All in all, it made for a nice afternoon. You get 15 minutes (per museum guidelines) to view the painting, but because Marco did such a thorough job discussing it, the time was well spent and was sufficient.

Was a very enjoyable and interesting tour. Catalina was helpful and answered all our questions. Managed the big crowd well. There were some issue with the radio reception while walking. Overall highly recommended tour and guide.

Was not a small group tour, there were about 30 people. That is a normal group. Yes we did see the last supper, but for $15 bucks I could have just made that reservation directly and saved a bundle of cash.

Hello we are very sorry you were not satisfied with our tour. You bought a package which included the ticket of course but also the skip the line and reservation for it, a Professional English Speaking guide at disposal for 2 hours, the guided visit of Last Supper , Santa Maria delle Grazie and also the Sforza Castle. I think we offered much more than a simple entrance ticket! I'm sorry about your misunderstanding regarding the tour.

Our visit to view the last supper was guided by Esther, and she did a great job. Prior to the visit, we had to spend some waiting time, and she was able to give us some background about Leonardo da Vinci, the commission to paint the dining room of the monastery, And other history of his life. The viewing of the two large paintings was short, and the lighting is very dim. Be sure to take some photos with your cell phone, which will make great use of the available light to show you images that you can’t really see in there!

Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and it was just the right amount of time to see the Last Supper painting. We then ended the tour at the Sforza castle which enabled us to choose how we wanted to spend the rest of the day. Just note that inside of the Sforza castle is NOT included in this tour.

It’s a great tour and well worth going. The guide was excellent and very knowledgeable about the Last Supper and brought a lot of the details in the pairing to life for us. As each group only gets 15mins with the painting, my feedback for the operator is to get there 30 mins ahead of the instructed meeting time or to contact the customers and inform them of any delays in getting to the meeting place.

This is a beautiful work of art that anyone should see if you are in the Milan area. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and the staff was very helpful to us when our train delayed our arrival to a little bit after our entry time. They were super friendly !
