Take this good tour as soon as you arrive in Milan. Armando was a great guide who took us to 4 fantastic places we would not have found on our own. Food, drink, history all in one.
This was tremendous fun! Armando did a great job of mixing art and culture into the the tour, but food was the focus. Each stop was very enjoyable. Do come hungry!!
I’ve been on a few food walking tours throughout Italy and this was by far the best! Armando was an incredible guide, not only taking us to the most delicious eateries but also art gallery, church, and was very knowledgeable on the history of the buildings around us. 5 stars for Armando and his tour!
Armando, our guide, was very personable. The tour involves a good bit of walking. The food stops involved a variety of foods, including of course gelato .
Guide was wonderful, and we took such a nice tour of the city and ate some really yummy food. The fried pizza and charcuterie boards were highlights. Our 13 year old son enjoyed it, and we loved walking around town after eating all that food! Highly recommend!
Outstanding guide in Armando. Delightful, informative, a real pleasure. However the food aspect of the tour was very disappointing compared to others we have done in other cities. Not enough choice, options. Fewer "tastes" than other tours.

Hi Nicholas sorry to hear that but thank god all the other hu dreds reviews say completely the opposite of you
I wish you all the best
Armando was an excellent guide. We loved his relaxed nature alongside his knowledge. The smaller group made the tour very intimate and relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed!
Armando was great! Tour was nice, great food choices, interesting cultural stories. Highly recommend.
Armando was our guide on the food tour. His enthusiasm, attention to individuals in our group, and knowledge made the day enjoyable. Our group included two couples and a bachelorette party group. Armando was able to mesh the group with his easy going style. Everyone was laughing, eating, and drinking....so much fun. He also gave us historical information about Milan as we walked from venue to venue. Great guide who could "read" his group.

It was a great to meet you..and the tour is made by all of you...and you were amazing guests :)
Our guide was very friendly and professional! He made the experience! The only downside was the price. It is too expensive for the food and drinks.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. As for the price, you should consider other aspects like commissions, taxes etc.. More, mine is the cheapest in the market for the same tipology of tour (same food and drinks offered and more generous portions at mine). Milan is a very expensive city and if you compare to your city (Sophia) of course it seems very expensive to you :)
It was very nice to meet you and I wish you all the best :)
We really enjoyed our Italian food experience and Armando sharing his local knowledge of Brera - sharing places we wouldn’t have found otherwise. The walk was at our pace and the food delicious.
The food was good and our guide was great. But I was hoping to try some of the specialties that Milan is known for. We didn’t get to taste risotto, veal Milanese, ossobuco, or any of the other dishes that I heard are “musts” in Milan. We did taste mini calzones, a sampling of local cured meats and cheeses, chocolates, and gelato. We also stopped to see some historical sites along the route, which was a nice touch.

Hi Amy thanks for your review. But PLS next time you book any tour, read carefully the description. It s well specified that the tour does NOT include milanese food, like risotto, ossobuco etc...and also the picture and title should make you think about that :)
I wish you all the best
This was a terrific experience and Armando was the perfect host. Come hungry! The food is excellent and Armando is very engaging and knowledgeable.
It was our first food tour but we expected more. We just walked for a great deal of the time . Friendly guide and fellow group members.

Hi Tom thanks for your review. Actually it s specified that there would be a small historicalwalking part and as for the food, you got all which is written in the description. At the end you also said you were full so I don t understand actually :)
It was very nice to meet you
Not one of the better food tasting tour. First the provider notified us they would be 1/2 hour late. The description and details are misleading and in accurate. Milan's Favorite Food tour, one would expect the tour to include the dish that Milan is known for risotto. We did have pizza fritta that is famous in Napoli, which was a poor compared to the one tasted in Napoli.
There was an extended period of time about 30 minutes plus between the first and second tasting. Guide said that was to let us walk off our first tasting. We only stopped at 4 locations, with 3 of them having multiple tastings so I guess that fits the description of 5/6 tastings. Description mentioned bottled water would be provided but was not.

Hi David thx for your review. Anyway if you had read carefully the reservation page, you would have noticed that it is well specified that the tour does NOT include Milanese food (risotto etc..) but that is a mix of different regional dishes (also the pics clarify that). The walking part actually should have been considered as a plus, since you also got a small historical walking tour. Having an historical walking tour at places very close each other (few mins walking) wouldn t be very authentic but quite touristic. Bottle of water? pls ask next time :)
anyway it was a pleasure to meet all you and wish you all the best ;)
We had a wonderful excursion with Armando. Not only did we get a chance to learn about local street food we also were given information about the city itself! Armando is friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and generous with the information he shared. If you’re looking for a smaller group activity and places you’ll want to go back to during the duration of your trip book this tour!
Armando was wonderful! Not only did he give us a food tour - showing us the delicious offerings of Milan but he gave us a bit of history, culture and language. Would highly recommend this tour.
A great combination of food, walking around Milan and with knowledgeable and fun guide. Street food, local food board, generous red wine pours and sweet tastes to finish. Thanks Armando.
Army was very nice and knowledgeable. He showed us some things in Milan that we would have never discovered on our own. My only disappointment was for the price we paid, we expected another stop and different food.

Itbwas very nice to meet you but the stops and the type of food is represented in the pics and in the description. So pls next time read more carefully what you are about to book. The tour respected what is specified in the description and pics. I wish you all the best :)
We had a great time with Armando. We enjoyed all our stops, and learned the history of the areas we were in. All the food we tasted was delicious, and we would definitely recommend this tour to all!
We had a wonderful time with Armando! All the stops had fantastic food and we also got some history and a church tour while we explored. Would recommend to anyone wanting to try some new foods and learn while doing so!
It was a great view of the city that we would not have known or done without the tour. And I learned pineapple is NOT for pizza. :) Highly recommend!
This was such a fun experience. Our guide was so much fun and gave us lots of great information. The food was delicious and we had a super fun group of people to enjoy this experience with. I highly recommend this excursion.
So much amazing food! Tour guide was so welcoming and fun with great historical knowledge. What a great way to explore Milan!
Good tour with professional guide. Good food and very interesting stories. I would recommend this tour
Army, our guide, was fantastic! Great local cuisine and the perfect amount of walking, not too much. The added bonus was some local history.
Armando was an engaging and very knowledgeable guide. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and ate some excellent food.
We had a great time! Guide was very informative and the food stops were delicious. Not too strenuous walking.
Had a great experience doing this tour with my daughter..Armando was extremely knowledgeable & shared this with us
We were very lucky to share some delicious food & would highly recommend
Great afternoon with a terrific guide, Armando. He not only took us for authentic northern Italian treats, he shared the local history and sites along the way. We lucked out and were joined by a mix of a fun and interesting people from all over the world and enjoyed their stories over wine and charcuterie, yummy chocolate and the painstaking decision of which gelato flavor to get. A great way to see Milan and meet new friends. Come hungry and expect the unexpected from the fried pizza!
