    • Kindly note that the journeys between the cities will be by train, but when the size of the group does not allow a quality service, the activity will be carried out by bus.
    • Please note that the order of the itinerary may change depending on the season.
    • This tour has a very tight itinerary and the distances in the cities are great. We do not recommend it for people with mobility problems. The pace of the visit is demanding.
    • You will enjoy Florence and Pisa at your own pace, but you can always count on your tour leader for any doubt or requirement.
    • If you have chosen the audioguide option in Florence we will send you the instructions to download it when your booking is confirmed. Please note an Android (version 5.0 and later) or iOS smartphone is required. The audio tour is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 5/5C or older, iPod Touch 5th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Mini 1st generation
    • To download the audio guide on the bus, you will need an internet connection.

    Florence/Pisa

    Florence is beautiful, historically important and interesting. However, it was very crowded. Pisa is interesting for about four blocks. I’m still glad I saw it. The train ride was beautiful, also. However, the train coming home was delayed, albeit not the fault of the tour operator. Our tour guide was great and explained “this is Italy. It’s not Germany. Sometimes the trains are delayed. “

    Cancelled last minute but gave us train tickets. Different train stations for arrival and departure in Pisa. No code for segment from Florence to Milan. Delay in getting tickets. Stressful day. We haven't gotten our reimbursement yet either

    Horrible experience , no Pisa tour, trains were cancelled. Took 8 hours to come back from Florence to Milan by two trains and bus, only saw small part of Florence. Waisted my time and money,

    We have booked the attached tours booking reference 1146556709 for our clients on the 7th of Jul as shown in your below email and while doing their trip they couldn't go to Pisa because as per the tours company there is no trains or buses going there and all trips was cancelled because there was a strike. They even struggle to find a way back from Florence to Milan there was no direct trains or express even there was a big delay about 4 hrs to be able to go back to Milan It was very disappointing for them because they booked this trip only to visit Pisa as they went to Florence before You should planned better than this because in the news they mentioned that there will be a strike in 06 and 07 July. So you know that this could happen and you should have prepared plan B or cancel the tour before the departure time but not to let the clients go there without doing the whole trip they booked The clients request to refund them at least 50% from the trip price or compensate them with another tour , as they did not go to Pisa so why they shall pay for something they didn’t do We suggest that you compensate our clients with a tour in Barcelona as they will be there from 11th to 14th of JUL , They would like to visit there Park Guell and Old Town It will be highly appreciated if you accept to compensate our clients as they are frequent travellers and booked lots of tours through your respected website And for sure we both do not want to lose our frequent travellers

    wonderful trip we did a lot of shopping in florence specially in leather market . Biza tower was spectacular . Our guide Alexandra did great job . She explained in English and spanish . There is a lot of walking in this trip so be prebared
