This tour is fun for sure. Jessica, our guide, shared some really great stories and kept us engaged. By walking in between the stops, we never got too full to enjoy everything that we ate. Plus, the neighborhood tour led us to some beautiful stops.

Tour Guide: MC was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our group was approximately 10 people mostly from Canada and the U.S. I will say this while MC did given an overview of what we would taste and eat at every place I wish before we actually ate and drank that she explained exactly what we were eating and drinking labeling things for example, the first stop was a fried pizza thing and a beer, but we weren’t informed as to exactly the beer was. I went over later and asked the server or bartender what it was—the second stop was polenta and Gorgonzola with some meats and wine— I would have liked to have known what wine I was drinking exactly…so I think it would be helpful if before we all started eating and drinking to say this is X and this is Y.
Food and drink: I’d say 7.5-8 overall. It was good—not great. I enjoyed it, but I wasn’t blown away, but maybe that’s not the point. The wine pour at the second stop was pathetic actually like 2 ounces I mean come on, I ended up buying another glass. The best thing I ate on the tour was the focaccia that was a 10 out of 10.
Overall, I think it’s a good value. MC did a great job moving the group along and giving little historical tidbits about Navigli— I personally would’ve paid more for some more food and more beverages on the trip. I did an experience in Rome where it was a food tour and unlimited wine and beer offerings at each stop and I think that’s more my kind of tour, but that wasn’t really available in Milan on any site that I looked at.

Claire was great as a guide. We visited five places and the food was excellent. The only problem was that I left hungry as the portion sizes were extremely small. After paying $127, I expected to be full and not have to go grab a pizza and desert immediately after.

We enjoyed a fabulous food tour in the Navagili district of Milan with our fastastic guide, Jessica. Jessica was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We ate some deliciois food (especially the Milanese Risotto), learned some interesting facts and saw a lovely area of Milan, all while braving the rain together. I highly recommend this tour!

Jessica our guide was extremely knowledgeable of the history of the area.At every location for food and drinks we were also given information of its background eg established by a particular family,region produced , ingredients etc .The group size is small and everyone had opportunity to introduce themselves and as Jessica said ‘how can you not enjoy a tour that involves food and wine ‘ There is a fair bit of walking but between courses that proved ideal and the history of each eating establishment and the area was fascinating . Jessica had a great enthusiasm and kept the group connected in both conversation and laughter. Highly recommend this tour if in Milan .

We had a tour with Jessica. She was fantastic and the tour was great fun. The only reason we gave 4 stars was most food tours we go on prioritize local family owned businesses where this one has mostly local chains. Very good quality and we went back to some later but would prefer to see more small family owned businesses. Overall great tour and would recommend but could be better.

Giuseppe was a great guide who shared some local history along with local food and nice wine pairings. Bonus on having a guide thay loves wine! There were lots of tastings, plus a full, satisfying meal—you really won’t leave hungry.
