Unbelievable beauty. It was amazing from the top of the Duomo, as well as inside. The skip the line was well worth it. Our guide, Angela, was knowledgeable, fun and engaging. We all had a fantastic experience… better than I imagined.

Great half day tour of duomo and center of Milan!

Great tour! Marco is very friendly, and very knowledgeable. We had a great tour of duomo, then historical walk though parts of the city, ending with a great wine tasting(3 glasses!) and a fantastic lunch of locally produced cheese and meat! We ended up buying a case of one of the wines we tried because it was so good! I am certain you won’t be disappointed with Marco, he will give yiu as much or as little as you want! Perfect half day in the center of Milan!

Magical Duomo tour

What a magical tour. Couldn’t find a more knowledgeable and engaging guide to show us around the centre of Milan, and the Duomo in particular. And finished off with lunch and wine tasting with a view of the Duomo. Highly recommend!

Worth the Duomo not the wine and cheese

The tour guide was fabulous!!! He was very knowledgeable !!! We loved everything about the Duomo tour, as far as the wine and cheese, that was disappointing, it takes place in a restaurant, they know you are part of a tour, they drop off your wine and food and never check on you again!!!

Regarding the part with wine and food tasting, we are sorry you did not enjoy it fully - normally we receive excellent feedback about this part of the tour as well. We thank you for your feedback and we apologize if your experience was not perfect during this tour. As agreed on our Whatsapp conversation, we refunded you through Viator 60€ per person to compensate for the wine & food tasting experience which was not perfect (you asked 100€ and we made it 120€). We remember that right after the tour we contacted you by whatsapp to ask your feedback about the tour and you replied in a message: ''Yes, we enjoyed it a lot. Thank you for asking. He is a wonderful tour guide!!!'' It would have certainly been helpful if you could have reported to us directly and we would be happy to find an appropriate solution for you, so we were very surprised (after receiving your reply on whatsapp) that in fact not everything went fine after asking you directly about it. We organize wine & food tasting in a trendy wine bar right in front of Piazza Duomo and it includes a lot of different types of traditional hams & cheese as well as 3 glasses of Italian wines per person (so basically it is almost as a light lunch) with everything included in the cost. We are sorry that the staff was not up to your expectations, and we hope you enjoyed the quality of the food and wine. We have shared immediately your feedback with the staff of the wine bar and with our guide Alessandro - it will be helpful for us to improve our service in the future, because the experience of our clients is our priority and we put as much effort as possible to guarantee the best experience during the whole tour.
