The tour was very short - 20 min start to finish. Only did the church. Then, I could barely hear the guide. When I made a comment that I couldn’t hear, he pointed at the mic and said the church requires guides to use it. Fine, but then speak into the mic. Lastly, the guide had very limited knowledge - when the other participants asked follow up questions, he gave one word answers and left it. Very disappointed. Should have just paid to go directly into the church and then get an audio guide. Would not recommend this tour.

Unforgettable Duomo Tour

The guided tour of the Duomo di Milano was one of the most enriching experiences of my trip. Our tour guide, Fadia was incredibly knowledgeable. She brought the Cathedral’s history and architecture to life with stories I’d never have discovered on my own. The Gothic details, the stained glass, the sheer scale of the building were breathtaking, as well as the religious symbolism were both insightful and engaging. I appreciated her willingness to answer our questions. The tour was a fantastic way to experience Milan’s most Iconic landmark. Marius, the tour operator was very professional and easily accessible. Highly recommended!

Skip the line is saving time and worse the money. The guide tour was very knowledgeable about the Duomo. He was always looking for the group and helping the group to find each other so we don’t get really lost. He was also very friendly and available for questions.

Our guide was very Informative and sweet. The cathedral was spectacular !

Check to be sure the Duomo is not closing early ! 😥 The stain glasses tell a story because back in the day you could not read books. Each are different , the largest 3 are, the Gospel, book of Revelations and Old Testament .

You actually spend a very short time in both the Duomo itself and the museum. There was not enough time in the museum before we had to hustle back to the meeting spot to catch the tour inside the Duomo. On that part of the tour the information we received wasn’t much more than we could have gotten from a guidebook or audio guide. Very disappointing.

Was a good way to get a brief introduction to the building of the Duomo and key points of interest inside. It was quite a large group and relatively short in terms of time in the Duomo but were able to stay and spend more time exploring on our own after the guided tour.

This vendor did a bait and switch. The tour was canceled and rescheduled at the last minute and the new tour was missing key elements of the original itinerary. They also refused to provide the tour unless we supplemented the original price with cash. This was a costly mistake that ruined our afternoon.
