Local operator issued tickets for the wrong date as they ignored the cancellation of our original reservation following Viator's modification timelines & guidelines and did not issue tickets for the new confirmed / paid booking. We reported the incident to Viator by phone on the spot and we were told that a refund woukd need to be approved by the local operator. Really disappointing as we had to purchase our own tickets at the Sforza Castle after lining up for 20 minutes.

We cameto Sforza castle but couldnt find where to exchange the vouchers.We walked around for at least 30 minutes and none of the staff members knew how to guide us which left us with a veryunpleasant feeling.Itried to write to you in the app.no one answered me.We bought entrance tickets at our own expense and they were significantly cheaper than what we were charged by you.

I am not sure what I paid for. I could not find the tour company initially so wandered around the castle seeing most of what there was to see then went again looking for the tour company, which I found. My booking was for an entrance ticket and audio. I had already been for a tour by myself and I did not have earplugs so could not listen to the information. Money wasted in my opinion

I wish the tour office was a little more helpful with providing more info on what to expect when we got to the castle. It was a self guided tour. Which for this one, I'm glad we did. I wish we were told the Michelangelo exhibit was not included in our tickets. We didn't know where to begin the tour at the castle. Figured it out eventually and we're glad it was self guided. Unless one wants detailed explanation of each item there.
