    Interesting, educational, plus fun - What a day!

    What a truly interesting, educational and fun day! We were picked up at our hotel about 9:15 to head to the Frida Kahlo Blue House - a beautiful and serene experience! The Diego Rivera Museum was amazing, and not just because of the exhibits; the building was cool, too. Coyoacan was a fun part of town to see, the parks were particularly beautiful. I even got to try a roasted cricket (not too bad)! The real highlight, though, was the entire experience at Xochimilco. The boats, the colors and watching others enjoying themselves was amazing. We did a lot of stuff in Mexico City, and this day was definitely our favorite. Thanks!

    No hubo experiencia, con una actividad reservada desde hacía meses, nos encontramos que el tour operador no pasa a buscarnos por nuestro hotel según lo convenido. Cuando intentamos ponernos en contacto telefónicamente, nos cuelgan. Solamente después de poner una queja en Atención al Cliente de Viator nos escriben por WhatsApp con un montón de mentiras: se han quedado sin batería, nos habían llamado con antelación para anular porque no tenían transportación (Viator el día anterior confirmaron la excursión), todo un sin sentido teniendo en cuenta que nuestra reserva era del mes de noviembre. Pedimos que nos devolvieran el dinero y se hizo rápidamente, pero señores, cuando uno hace 9000km y planea un día con actividades y entradas a museos, no merece este trato. No merece que se le haga sentir mal inventando que se han intentado poner en contacto con nosotros (¿qué opción nos hubieran dado?) Supone un gran perjuicio. No pudimos visitar los museos ya que no se pueden conseguir las entradas el mismo día. Un día perdido de visitas y muy mal estar.
