The Hot Air Balloon was an amazing and breathtaking experience! The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Vincent, our van driver, was courteous/picked us up from our hotel on time. Itza, the event coordinator, was so kind and super organized. Mariana, the photographer, took some extremely beautiful pictures of the event and we were able to purchase them. Augustine, our balloon pilot, was very knowledgeable and professional. The breakfast in the cave was incredible! The staff was ready to serve us and the food was very good. The cafe de olla was super tasty! Our Tequila tour guide, Diego, gave us lots of interesting information about tequila and also a few samples. The tour of the pyramids was spectacular! Diego, our tour guide, was super informative and passionate about the history of the pyramids. Please ask for Diego as your pyramid tour guide. In all, the day was an experience my husband and I will cherish forever.

Pick up from the hotel at 5am sharp, we drive an hour to the hot air balloon location. They gave us safety instructions and also had a photographer on site that took GoPro, pictures, and drone videos all for purchase after the tour. Totally worth it! We flew over the pyramids and then were transported to La Gruta restaurant for breakfast. From there Teotihuacan for the sun and moon temple tour. It was comprehensive and the perfect day learning about Mexico City’s origins.

Incredible trip! The host was very communicative on WhatsApp and messaged us the night before with all the details including our pickup time. Our driver, Pablo, came at 5:17am (said 5:10 but he did call to say he was on the way). Our host Jessie at the hot air balloon spot was so lovely and friendly! The actual ride itself was BEAUTIFUL and worth waking up early to see the sunrise for. There was a safety video to watch beforehand with coffee and snacks to enjoy and then we got in a shared basket for the balloon ride over the pyramids which was amazing. There was music playing during the ride too. When we landed we got wine and then drove back WHICH WAS SUPER BUMPY so beware if you get carsick. Then we got breakfast in the caves and the food and drinks were so good (I don’t usually drink coffee but the Mexican coffee was delicious!!). The tour of the pyramids was next and that was honestly a highlight. Our guide Diego was incredible! He was so friendly and knowledgeable and since it was just me and my friend on the tour we got to visit some extra secluded spots in the temples. He also informed us where to buy souvenirs for the best prices. He answered all our questions and was simply the best!! Everyone we interacted with today was amazing and really made our trip so special.

Itza, Diego, Carlos, were all amazing, attentive, and helpful. I was traveling with my father who is 84 and even though he was not able to finish the tour they made sure to offer him an early pick up so he could rest and wait.
Also the balloon ride was EVERYTHING! Super soft landing and great crew. Such a great experience all around.

The Balloon Flight and Teotihuacan Tour with Breakfast from Mexico City was hands-down one of the most unforgettable experiences of our trip. Waking up early was 100% worth it for what followed.
Floating in a hot air balloon over Teotihuacan at sunrise was absolutely magical. The views of the Pyramids of the Sun and Moon from above were stunning, peaceful, surreal, and something I’ll never forget.
The balloon team was professional, organized, and made the entire experience feel safe and smooth. After landing, the breakfast was delicious and perfectly timed, giving us a chance to relax and take it all in.
The guided portion of the tour was just as impressive. Our guide was knowledgeable and explained the history and significance of Teotihuacan in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. Transportation from Mexico City was comfortable and well coordinated, making the entire day stress-free.
If you’re visiting Mexico City, this tour is an absolute must-do. It’s the perfect blend of adventure, culture, and unforgettable views. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The whole experience was nice and everyone that directly worked for this experience was amicable. The hot air balloon captain, the driver and other helpers were all super nice.
The servers at the breakfast place were a bit of a hit or miss. Some of them took plates away without asking if we were done with our food. The food itself was also decent, but dining inside a cave was a unique experience.
I really enjoyed the Teotihuacan tour. Our guide, Diego, was full of energy, passionate, nice and knowledgeable about the history of the sites. If you get him as your guide, consider yourself lucky!

Considering the fact that weather didn’t cooperate. It was ok. Only thing I would say is when landing it took forever and we didn’t get our toast or certificate.

An early rise but so worth it. Our driver Pablo was punctual to pick us up at every location. Itza was our guide for a majority of the excursions and did a wonderful job with explanations and details of the tour. Agustin took great care of us on the ballon. It was serene and peaceful with a gentle landing. The mezcal and food was delicious! Diego was our guide at the Teotihuacán temples who was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was a great deal on price for everything we did. I highly recommend!

It was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Pablo, our driver, picked us up right from the hotel, and the entire team was wonderful.
The hot air balloon ride is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the cave which was a small beautiful space with native music and dancers, and Diego was an outstanding guide who clearly loves what he does and shared a fascinating history about the temples.
I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to do something unique and out of the box—an unforgettable adventure.

Fantastic fun day! Well organized every step of the way. Watching the balloons fill, the ride and the views were all great. The breakfast was good, but we could have skipped the alcohol tastings. Luckily, it didn't take long and there was zero pressure to buy. Enjoyed the tour of the Teotihuacan temples too. Definitely recommend.
