my Driver was informative and on time he got me there safely.
sign in was quick, the whole experience was amazing and the balloon ride was so smooth from start to finish, I only have one negative and that was I wasn't really directed on when or were to go so pretty much just followed the other attendees once they arrived
Extremely poor customer service and communication. Was unable to make the trip at all due to driver coming late and receiving no clear cut instructions. Had to do the trip with another operator . Despite not able to make the trip, operator refused to give a refund ! Even after multiple requests no refund given!

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied. We would like to clarify that our records and communication history show that the pickup instructions, including the meeting point and scheduled time, were provided in advance.
Our driver was present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time and waited for the passengers. We have supporting documentation confirming both the communication with the passengers and the driver’s presence at the pickup point.
Unfortunately, the passengers did not meet our driver and ultimately used another transportation provider.
We understand that travel plans can sometimes become confusing, but we believe it is important for future travelers to know that the service was properly coordinated and that our driver was there as scheduled.
We remain committed to providing our guests with clear instructions, reliable transportation, and the best possible experience.
Javier our driver was timely and communicated efficiently. He drove safe and it was nice to just have a personal driver for the morning. Ivan our pilot was lively and reassuring! He was charismatic and attentive to all worries. We enjoyed how kind and enthusiastic everyone was! Would book again!
The balloon flight was awesome. Absolutely loved the flight. The breakfast buffet was very mediocre; pancakes were cold and hard to eat. The food that was in the warmers was just luke warm and not hot. About only item that was good was the fruit. I’d recommend the flight only; the buffet breakfast is not worth the extra cost. Just book the flight.
It was beautiful, well worth waking up early! It was breathtaking to fly over the pyramids and seeing the sunrise. Landing was smooth!
Although the balloon flight was incredible, the tour itself was chaotically organized. Breakfast was mentioned as part of the tour, but was not provided. Transport to the pyramids was mentioned, but we had to coordinate it directly with our driver, and get permission from the other guests who were in our same car. Our driver was great. The organization of the tour company, less so

We would like to clarify that the package you selected did not include breakfast or entrance to the archaeological site. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide services that were not part of the original booking. These options are available as add-ons at the time of purchase.
That said, our team still assisted in coordinating your visit to the pyramids and ensured that transportation back to Mexico City was arranged.

This hot air balloon experience over Teotihuacán was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Mexico City. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized and professional. The entire team made the process seamless—transportation, check-in, and the flight itself all ran smoothly and on time.
The pilots were outstanding—clearly very experienced, confident, and attentive. They made everyone feel safe while also keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed. You could tell they take their responsibility seriously, but they also genuinely enjoy what they do, which made the experience even better.
Floating over the pyramids at sunrise was absolutely surreal—peaceful, breathtaking, and something I’ll never forget. The views alone are worth it, but the level of professionalism and care from the staff really sets this experience apart.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting CDMX—this is 100% worth waking up early for.

This company screwed us out of almost $400. We were unable to take the Hot Air Balloon ride over the pyramids because the driver did not pick us up at the time we were supposed to meet. We were told by Viator to meet at 5:00 am. We were there at 4:40 and by 5:15 am all the other transport services ahd come and gone and our driver had not shown up. Viator handed us off to Glob Tetris which is a transport company. Globo Tetris subcontracted with a driver who did not notify us in a timely manner that the pick up time had been changed to 5:40. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed. This was supposed to be a highligjt of our trip. Viator is refusing to refund our money even though we did not get the service for which we paid.
Amazing experience and highly recommend, one of a kind experience and will remember this for the rest of my life.

Amazing experience! I don't know if we were especially lucky with the weather, but it was a magical experience. Almost no wind, a bit cold in the morning, but as soon as you are in the basket you forget all about that. Perfect take-off time, 5-10 minutes into the air the sun came up behind the mountains.
The pilot Mau did an amazing job, landed the balloon directly on a trailer, we were all impressed.
We used the company Globo Tetris, very good communication, punctual pick up at Marriott Reforma at 05:15 am, drop off again at 10:00, a 5 hour round-trip, didn't buy the breakfast option, only transportation and flight. Good communication through text-messages.
Also bought a photo-package on-site with drone recordings, worth every pesos, the photographer even handed over the RAW files for me to edit them myself, nice!
What a wonderful experience..our driver arrived sharp on time and the drive was smooth. Only problem, the car was very old n uncomfortable , which was not good, especially after paying such a steep price. The balloon ride was extremely enjoyable and smooth. I am glad I didn’t take the breakfast included

They accommodated us from one day to the next. Had someone punctual pick us up. We skipped the breakfast in the cave and tequila/arts piece. Loved the views, was not scary take off and landing were both very subtle. Worth every penny! Sunrise from the balloon with so many balloons around us (even on a week day) was incredible!

First class from check-in to the final champagne toast! We were well taken care of, the ballon flight was incredible and we had a ton of fun. Highly recommend!!

Excellent trip - having done a fair bit of research, we chose not to do the cave breakfast and artisan workshop (as everyone says it’s a bit pointless and you’re expected blot buy some tat). Also chose not to stay for the extra time to explore the site - once you’ve done the balloon trip, you’ve seen everything worth seeing. Would highly recommend this company!

The balloon experience was great and I'd encourage everyone to do it with a different operator but the service booked was for 'flight and round trip transportation' which was not provided. After being told to get off a bus the driver confirmed was going back to the correct drop off point, I was then left waiting for nearly 45 minutes while they called me an Uber. The driver then proceeded to drive into Mexico City and make me get out his vehicle in an unknown location, later claiming to Viator that a road had been closed so it wasn't possible to get to the drop off location. This was nonsense as he was driving away from it! When I complained to Viator the operator simply said they had provided what they could and getting home was essentially my problem. Awful service. No accountability. Avoid these people at all costs.
Amazing experience. Everything felt legit and safe. Ivan was our pilot and he was great. I’m not a fan of heights but I never felt uneasy or scared. Definitely worth booking!

Had an amazing experience as a solo traveler. I did the flight and transportation only. Hosts were communicative and timely. I added the photograph package for $40 usd. It was super cool and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. I would highly recommend!

What a great experience! Pickup from CDMX was easy, location was good, staff was outstanding all the way through, and the pic / vid options were very nicely done and worth it. Skip the breakfast as it isn't worth it, but the rest was great!

The hot air balloon ride itself was nice and smooth. Our transportation was on time. They put 4 of us in a small sedan. I booked this flight expecting to fly over the actual Teoyihuacan pyramids. Instead we flew over the surrounding areas for about 50 minutes. I took a picture of the closest we got to the pyramids. I
The pyramids were so far that I barely could make out what they looked like. Most of the pictures I've seen online show these amazing views so I was hoping to get a closer view. It just felt like I did a normal hot air balloon tour and not anywhere special. There were about 10-12 balloons that were so much closer to the pyramids so not sure why our balloon didnt. I recommend doing a hot air balloon tour but just book with a different company so you get the complete experience.

We are sorry that it was not what you expected, you should know that ballooning is an activity that depends completely on the wind, we can't control the direction of the flight that's why sometimes we don't fly over the pyramids
The entire experience was wonderful. Pickup in CDMX was simple to arrange and went smoothly. The balloon flight and accompanying photography were an unforgettable experience. The breakfast location is beautiful. The shopping and mezcal tasting were fun. We then explored Teotihuacán unguided and at our own pace and had a truly amazing time.

Amazing experience but I really wish they had told me they were going to do a whole photo shoot that morning. I rolled out of bed at 5am for this, with a severe sunburn on my face, super groggy, eye barely open, and when we walked to the balloons, they made me do all these poses and photos that I def did not want or like. Had I known ahead of time, I would have better prepared, but instead I had to watch them plaster pictures of me on a giant screen for everyone to see and it really was super annoying after an otherwise amazing experience. I wish they would have made the photos optional and not forced them on us.
