Hot Air Balloon Ride & tour in Teotihuacan + La Gruta

This tour was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Although the early pickup was a bit tough, everything that followed made it completely worthwhile. Our driver and guide arrived precisely on time in a very comfortable van, which set the tone for a smooth and well-organized day. When we arrived at the hot air balloon site, we were welcomed with hot coffee and pastries—a thoughtful touch before the main event. The balloon ride itself was truly unforgettable—peaceful, breathtaking, and almost spiritual. The ascent was incredibly smooth, and the views over Teotihuacan were spectacular. Our captain kept things light and fun, making it an enjoyable experience for everyone on board. After a gentle landing, we celebrated with a champagne toast, which was the perfect way to cap off the flight. From there, we headed to breakfast at La Gruta, set inside a stunning volcanic cave. The setting alone is worth the visit, but the food, drinks, and service were equally outstanding. We then had a couple of hours to explore Teotihuacan. We chose to add the guided tour, and it was absolutely worth it. Our guide was engaging, knowledgeable, and funny—we learned so much in a short amount of time. There was even time to climb the Pyramid of the Moon, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this  tour—it’s one you’ll remember forever
