A great 2nd time experience, ALSO please note on arrival they ask for ID, which is not anywhere on the booking information & they aren’t communicative ob whatsapp as i contacted them days before my booking & they did not reply .

Solid place but don’t book through tripadvisor.

It should be known that I am ONLY reviewing the jetski company and the people working there. I’m never using tripadvisor again, for what we could’ve gotten for €70 there, we were charged €140 through TripAdvisor. It was my first time using it and the phone operator was very clear with me after I asked multiple times that I wanted 2 jetskis for me and my friend. On the day, the guys said that the ticket was only for 1 jetski and they unfortunately couldn’t give us a second unless we paid for a second. Nonetheless, they felt bad that TA scammed us and added on an extra 20 minutes to our 30 minute pack, they didn’t have to do that. We had a great time!

I received no email or Viator message from the tour operator that it was canceled. We took a 1 hour Uber all the way to the location to find out that it was canceled. They didn’t even cancel it though because I am still being charged. There are lots of jet ski options on the island, stay away from this one.
