No refund was issued even when the tour operator left without us. Despite reaching 10 minutes before the scheduled timing of the tour, the tour operator left without us and without informing. We informed the tour operator that we are stuck in traffic and would only be able to reach 10 mins before. There is no understanding and its the most unprofessional experience i have had. Highly recommend to book with other tour operators in Malta.

Unfortunately you haven't followed the instructions to be at pickup point 20 minutes before start ,that was at 18.00 hrs .
You arrived at the pickup location at 17.57 .as per your message sent to our office .
The other clients where waiting onboard as instructed getting ready and having instructions for parasailing.
Couldn't wait further not fair for the customers onboard . Plus that we follow a tight schedule too.
As for the refund this was not possible you missed your turn , we offered you another alternative date but you couldn't do it .
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

They were super accommodating and let us check in a half hour early and made the whole experience super easy and memorable. The only thing that could've been improved was it took us a few minutes to find the meetup. (Meet at the boat on the dock) 10/10 would do again though.

He don’t even deserve 1
We were 15min delayed on meeting time due to one member of our party falling ill and attending doctors in AM
However we would have been on time for the start of tour at 12pm
The guide contacted us at 11:46am we told them we were on our way
He refused the wait
He refused to reschedule (although we had moved our original booking to accompany more customers for them)
He refused a refund (even though our booking still stated 16pm start)
No leniency at all
We have worked in tour guiding for 10 years and never seen anything this bad

The original booking was moved to accommodate your party, not for me to gain more clients. At 11.45 other clients were already waiting on the boat and you called to say that you would be late, you were still walking and had a distance to go. Knowing the island well I knew you would be too late. We have to stick to our scheduled times, clients have to be instructed, prepared with life jackets and harnesses prior to flight, in order to depart on the scheduled time. Further sessions follow and it is impossible to delay. It is not fair to expect other clients to wait unnecessarily. I'm sorry you feel we were unfair. We always do our utmost for a good, safe service. Our reviews reflect this.

Best experience ever, you can be scared all you want but the second you start lifting off its amazing. Its better than what you expect, its basically a 3 in 1, being on the boat on a sunny day going along the water at top speeds, sight seeing and seeing the whole of Malta from the side and of course the mighty parasailing. Its one of them things which add to your holiday and make it a massive core memory. honestly just do it you live once trust me i was scared slightly but its so fun and everyone on the boat from the staff and the rest of the guests makes it the best memory ill have that ajoins on my malta holiday. Just do it!!!

Wet quickly after booking I was contacted by Claudio to confirm details . The communication continued to be fab with him helping us find the location. On the day the experience was fab . The boat was amazing . The two man crew were fun but very professional putting safety as no1 priority . The crew took pics on the day which were sent to us free of charge the same evening . A very lovely touch . I would 100% recommend . Thanks for a great experience .

I’ll say communicate between them and I was on point. I also like the fact that they captured every angle of us doing the excursion without asking for additional money. Like most excursions I’ve done they also charge additional fee which makes absolutely no sense. The location was very good and easily accessible. Overall they were very professional, friendly, and helpful. My overall experience was a 10/10.

Amazing trip!! We had such a great time, we were lucky that our group was the only booking for our time slot so it felt like a private boat trip! Claudio and his helper were so good, friendly, and accommodated my mum who wasn’t flying but they let her join us on the boat. Would recommend this to everyone and advise choosing Fly Time Malta over any competition as the boat was so much better and we received over 80 professional photos for our small group!
