It’s a big expense to start with but when you factor in the Citysightseeing bus is €20 a day to use and most of the entrance fees are about €10 and the boat trip to the two islands for the day is about €50 then it’s definitely worth the money. The only downside is the Citysightseeing bus takes forever to get anywhere so I ended up just using it to get to a heritage location and then getting public transport for the rest of the day. I had absolutely no problem getting it scanned at any of the places I visited and my one tip is to take a screenshot of the tickets and keep them as photos on your phone, it’s easier than trying to find the email each time. I had a great time on Malta and saw so much, I believe definitely more than I would have seen had I not brought the ticket.

Great value for money.It almost saved me half the amount of money it would have cost if I did all the museums/boat trips/bus rides and Aquarium individually.It encouraged me to do more activities than I originally thought.
Only problem was getting my QR code activated before it became valid to use.It wasn't clear HOW to get it activated,as most sales staff at outlets didn't know how.It took a random bus inspector on my second day to get my voucher activated,after several failed attempts to use it,which was stressful.

The citysightseeing tour bus is not fit for purpose. This not a hop on hop off service as the buses are one hour apart from each other, plus the last service commences at just after 1600 which is far too early. Furthermore the buses are very unreliable and due to the constant traffic congestion in Malta will never run to schedule. Given this you risk the chance of being stranded on an outlying part of the island when the tour buses cease. Therefore it is not a reliable service to actually get to anything included in the heritage pass, we managed nothing.
If you do actually manage to get on a bus, the buses are quite battered and have seen better days. The commentary is more likely not to work than work. Drivers will not help in respect of getting the service to work. The first bus driver’s way of rectifying was to tell us to change bus, not to fix the bus, it remained in service The second time the driver was not interested in fixing it and simply continued to chat to a female friend that had jumped on the bus after we left Valletta. Him being distracted from driving from constantly chatting is a concern. His mobile phone use whilst driving is presumably illegal.
It’s far better to get a tallinja card for local buses and a heritage pass yourself. Cheaper and more reliable way to get about.

In addition to entrance to the Saint Elmo and Saint Angelo Fortresses in Valletta and the major museums in Malta, Round trip ferry tickets from Malta to Comino and Gozo islands are included in the Multi-Day pass, along with a harbor cruise in Malta Grand Harbour which offers panoramic views of the 400-years-old fortresses of Malta. in addition, most Heritage Neolithic sites in Malta are included, except Hal Saflieni Hypogeum which requires separate tickets and advanced reservations.

This tour is heavily marked up and if we had bought it directly with ISeeMalta we would have saved almost 100 Euros. The tickets were not received until requested at 2am the day before usage and were never recognized by the vendors in Malta, so each time we had to use them, there was confusion as it was identified that an old package had been purchased that we no longer available. It was also worth noting that this is for Malta Island only, not the country Malta, as Gozo was not included in the transport.

New pass packages at new prices were launched on 01 March 2023 but anyone (such as yourself) who purchased the older packages before this date for use after this date were given tickets for the package they purchased which remain valid for use even after 01 March 2023. It is not possible to compare the old package inclusions and prices with the new package inclusions and prices since they have changed significantly so I suspect you are not comparing like with like. It is absolutely not the case that the tickets are heavily marked up - please send proof of purchase showing the price you paid so we can check this and if you really were overcharged by €100 we will refund you. I am sorry that you various staff were confused when presenting these at various sites, which I presuming was resolved at the respective site - we are always available for support and would have gladly assisted you if you had contacted us for support. The QR code tickets are always sent in the last 24 hours prior to their commencement as advised on purchase. Your tickets were sent to you at 13:08hrs 1 day before the start date via WhatsApp on the telephone number you provided ending xxx215 - I suspect that you may have provided us with the wrong telephone number initially as I am now noticing on review of the past correspondence that in subsequent email correspondence 1 digit of your the telephone number changed - please always check that the number you provide initially is correct and accessible. You later contacted us late at night at 02:08hrs by email to say you had not received the tickets and subsequently the tickets where resent to you via separate emails at 07:24hrs that same morning BEFORE they become valid for use. The pass you purchased is a Malta multi pass which is for the main island of Malta although it did include ferries from Malta to the islands of Comino and Gozo and back as stated in the inclusions prior to booking.

I usually take a kind of multi-pass when I visit a country I don't know. In general they are very convenient and give you access to places you would not even have the idea to visit. This is the first time I have had so many problems with a claimant, to the point that I cancelled another experience I had taken outside of this so-called pass which brings only problems. Field staff are incompetent and brochures are unclear. No one knows what it is and how it works so we refuse you full tours that are included in this multi-pass.I chose the premium pass because a boat trip was part of the service. I had planned this trip well with the company but once instead of the rendezvous, I was directed to the wrong vessel and by the time I was informed, my vessel had already left. Of course they refuse to reimburse me for visiting the blue lagoon, Gozo and Comino. Malta is a small country that can be visited quickly but because of this company (V Tabone) I missed half of it. I’m very surprised that Viator puts its users in touch with this service provider who is present when you don’t ask them anything but turns you to a Customer Service number that doesn’t work if you have a problem. One star is far too much for such a negative experience. This is my last purchase on the Viator platform.

Es hat alles gut funktioniert. Wir hatten den 6-Tagespass und konnten uns alles gemütlich ansehen. Auf Malta braucht man Zeit mit dem Bus. Das Verkehrsaufkommen ist sehr hoch. Ich hatte die Zugangsdaten auf meinem Handy, welche während der Reise plötzlich weg wahren.
Viator hat mir die Daten dann nochmals ganz unkompliziert zukommen lassen. Bei der Buchung des Hotels sollte vielleicht darauf geachtet werden, dass die Hopp-On Hopp-Off Bushaltestelle in der Nähe sind.

Multi pass donne accès à plusieurs visites, monuments…. Ce qui est très bien. Malgré tout dans les transports Il manque malgré tous les bus de villes, les autres pays où nous sommes allé avaient inclus dans le pass, les bus, tram et métro ce qui est très pratique
