My view

Adozinda_M, Oct 2026

Great experience. Plenty to see. Exceptional collection of world class art. Loved Velasquez, Ruben, and Greco, along with the beautiful sculptures

Disappointing

David_V, Sep 2026

The tickets we received from Viator would not be accepted by the museum. They lacked the proper info and we were told we needed a voucher which we did not receive. Very frustrating! We ended up having to purchase tickets from the museum.

Disappointed entering the Prado Museum

Debra_D, Aug 2026

The young man that scans tickets at the front entrance of the Prado Museum was horribly rude. I was having trouble accessing my tickets and asked for help. He clearly and rudely said, “Move, that’s not my problem.”
