Hola! es una lastima que no pudiste disfrutar correctamente de la experiencia de audioguías inmersivas, en las instrucciones del tour no esta estipulado que debas entrar a un lugar especifico, el tour se realiza por las calles de Madrid. Sin embargo ya esta en curso el proceso de tu devolución.
