Be prepared that the person that meets and validates you for your tickets is extremely unorganized. He lets all of the people encircle him and stick their identification in his face. It made for a difficult time keeping others from cutting in front to get their tickets quickly.

Lots and lots to see. It wasn’t too busy but give yourself more time than you think you will need. It’s interesting to see that they let artists paint beside the actual art. You also get a free activity trying to find the toilets, it can take hours!!! Be warned.

Very bad experience. I arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes before the assigned time and waited 25 minutes, but no one showed up with the tickets. I never received my ticket. I sent messages in the chat asking for help, but no one responded. I also requested a refund through the chat and received no reply. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

App interface was not updated nor user friendly. Limited descriptions to artwork in the app and some of the pieces in the app were not even in the Prado.

Today, I learned that although the prado museum website tix are sold out, you can still easily buy tix onsite. Not knowing this as a visitor, here on my last day, I bought tix through Viator and paid more than double the cost onsite. The audio tour they offered required me to download an app to my phone and it wasn’t good.
I would highly recommend getting tickets online or onsite through the museum and using the audio guide provided by the museum. Maybe the human guided tour this company offers is great but the tour offered “app” and “skip the line” was surely not worth the money. I felt like such a sucker. The museum was fantastic but getting duped put a damper on my experience.

We went to the museum the previous day for the free admission after 5pm but the queue was the biggest we’ve ever seen! We tried to book tickets direct for the next day but sold out, we then found some on Viator! I was a bit dubious as hadn’t used them before! Anyway we are so glad we did, we skipped the queue! Spent 3 hours in the wonderful museum with the added bonus of an audio description for the most popular paintings! It was busy but we still got to see my son’s favourites! Would highly recommend a visit!

This is a scam. You way overpay for tickets you can get directly at the museum and the audio guide doesn’t work.

As an audio tour this was highly unsatisfactory. Less than 10% of the exhibits had any commentary and in many cases were incorrectly displayed in the map which was confusing. I eventually gave up with the tour and just used the Museum’s own map. I wish I had just booked it directly with the museum and bough their audio guide which looked excellent.
I asked for a partial refund after the tour but they refused.

A very unpleasant experience. Ticket prices are twice as high as the official ones. Tickets are not sent to the app or via email. You have to wait somewhere to collect your ticket from heaven knows who. Nothing is refunded upon cancellation. I will never use this again and suggest others do the same.

We waited a while for the agent to for us to get the tickets. There was no communication about the delay. We could have purchased tickets much sooner had we not paid for skip the line, we had to stand in line to enter anyway. Did not see a huge benefit with this experience.

It was nice being able to just get in and skip the line. I booked the tour with the audio guide (which is an app you download prior), which went ok. I was asked if I needed help with the app when I got the tickets, but said no. This was a mistake. Have someone explain the app to you because I found it rather hard to navigate. I’m assuming that’s my fault for not accepting the help, so I’m not going to leave a bad review for that. Just know that you’ll need help with the app.

We downloaded the app as instructed but it didn’t work as it said it would. We had a difficult time finding what we were looking at on the app and it was not easy to navigate so we ended up not using it. I’m not sure if it was worth paying more than general admission to skip the lines as there were not lines when we got there anyway. We went at about 2pm and there was not many people there even though on the web page of the Prado itself it said there were no more general admission tickets left for that time…which is why we chose the Viator experience. The person we had to meet to pick up the tickets was exactly where they said they would be so very easy to find and we did not wait in any ticket lines or any line to enter though has there been more people, we would have had to wait to get in the entrance as everyone has to go through to get their ticket scanned anyway. Not sure if I would recommend this experience as going at around 2pm and purchasing general admission tickets would have given us the same experience since we didn’t use the app anyway…though that part is on us I guess, for not being able to figure out the use of the app.

As mentioned earlier it is not the point that your staff was there- as I was trying to contact your staff to tell thet I will be after 10 and to find out more details where I can catch the group. Nobody answered phone, neither responded on chat which is not acceptable from my point of view. We should be provided contact to the tour guide in the situation as this one. More over I was there, I went to the que, I was at the cashier desk- noone was able to help me. The local phone did not respond- so how I was able to get to the museum on the boucher provded by you? With no contact, no support?
I entered with a new ticket bought by myself at the casher desk the museum 10.15- so as you can see it was possible to catch the group- but in such crowded place how I could contact viator guide?
In this situation I am kindly asking for return of paid amount. I was unable to contat with the agency, so you did not provide the service we agreed for - it is no my fault that contact provided by you it not working. The responce from you on chat I received in the evevning- sent before 10 am;((( something is not working there…

One thing that you need to know is that you will be asked to download an app outside the museum and if you do not have good Wi-Fi connection, you cannot download anything. It was a waste of money because you could just buy the tickets at the door. Our guide Angelica was not accommodating at all. She just said you need to download the app even though we told her we do not have good Wi-Fi. She did not seem to care and shrugged us off. Do not recommend this tour at all.

I was never able to retrieve the tickets. This is a scam . Do not use this website . They take your money and never give you the tickets .
At the ticket booth they tried to help me but the tickets were never found . They are crooks . As soon as I get back to the States I will contact my credit card Company to dispute the charges .

no one showed at the meeting point - called /messaged operator 19 minutes after 12:00 pm ( we waited 30 minutes) and she told me they sent tickets ago whatsapp app. Asked her why did she do that when email received states the tickets will be handed out at the meeting h point . BEWARE!!!! Don’t sign up for this tour !!!! it was supposed to be skip the line guided tour and no one showed up from the operator !!!!!
