Palace is beautiful, but Viator is difficult to communicate with and will not work with you if plans change. Poor customer service, unfriendly support.

Sent wrong ticket dates and would not refund or chamge

I used Viator website to enter date for tickets of same day I was going. Third party agent (not Viator) emailed tickets which were for two weeks later! There was no way (phone, email, or chat) to get the tickets adjusted to the correct date that day. Agent blamed me for entering wrong date which was not the case. Even if it was the case a reasonable person would expect a method for updating the ticket dates. This is very sketchy business practice. Beware.

Very crowded but well...

Very crowded but well worth the effort. Very few bathrooms so go before you get there. Once you start, nowhere to really take a break. Took us about 1 1/2 hours; self paced tour, and we enjoyed every room.

The queue for those without tickets was pretty long so we were glad we had booked. I was a bit confused about how to get the actual ticket as it says it will be emailed to you and I assumed that meant direct but it actually means within the app. Anyway, the palace is absolutely worth visiting and definitely get the audio guide as well.
