Overview

We have two meeting points in the center of Funchal City. One is by the cable car station located in the old town. The other is located in the roundabout so-called "Rotunda do Infante".

Breathtaking views along the walk. Excellent guide. Amazing walking tour through tunnels and narrow paths along the cliffs. Highly recommended.

Long walk on difficult terrain!

Our guide Elton was great. Communication was poor re pick up arrangements and what you needed to take on the day. Overall we had a good day though. Take sturdy shoes, a waterproof and a torch and a packed lunch.
