We had an excellent tour guide to show us around the city in a TukTuk! He picked us up right from the hotel and toured us around showing us the Fort, a beautiful church and more. He spoke great English, knows the area quite well and shared some local customs with us. I highly recommend this tour!

We got really lucky and booked last minute and got a tour with Alexis, the owner of the company. I cannot say enough about this tour and how it’s the perfect thing to do right when you arrive in Madeira. We didn’t have a handle of how big the town is or the restaurants away from the resort or the history of the town. He showed us everything we needed to see to get a good history and to understand what our options were for the rest of the stay! He was friendly and LOVES his company and takes pride in the Tuk Tuks. His was way nicer than the other ones we saw on the road. It’s also good to start with this company because they have a ton of other 1-3 hour tours that you might want to check out later in your stay. We didn’t the Old City Funchal tour first and are glad we did! I really do recommend this tour!

We had a lovely experience travelling Funchal Madeira with our amazing tour guides Inês and David. They were very welcoming and made us feel very safe. They were friendly and knew a lot about the the city. Would definitely recommend. My mum loved TukTuks so it was a great experience for her!

It was a really interesting tour. Ricky was very knowledgeable and we got a real feel for the city, it was great to drive down some of the really narrow streets in the old town.
Pick up was on time from our hotel and as requested we were dropped off in the centre of town so we could watch some folk dancing
Ricky gave us time to stop to admire views, to look inside a church and the fort at the top of town, he gave us ideas for places to eat and suggestions of where we might go back to. Particularly helpful as we were only there for 4 days. There was room for 3 of us across the back although some might find it a bit cosy.
A very worth while trip.

As we had visited Funchal many times including our honeymoon our guide took us to lots of places we had t visited. Our guide spoke excellent English and we thoroughly enjoyed the Tuk Tuk

Pick up at cruise terminal on time and an enlightening and informative tour seeing lots of the sites Funchal has to offer, dropped us off in town so we could have a wander.

In Madeira, 29th Feb 2024 we had a tuktuk tour provided by Ricky. His communications to us prior to pick up at our hotel were excellent. He arrived on time, was welcoming and professional. He took us to lots of key locations, explained lots of local history and spent longer with us than contracted. Perfect host thank you. Booked with Viator in the UK prior to the holiday and the booking process was good

Our guide was Fabio, he was very friendly and it was very nice to get a local´s perspective. Fabio gave us time to explore, take pictures, and give some historical background . He also took the time to recommend must see, do, taste spots on the island.

Enjoyed the flower market very much.
We had a problem and ended up paying more and pick up very late. Our hotel was outside the city but you agreed to pick us up there and then you did not turn up. Our hotel had to ring and help us sort things out.

Our trip was scheduled for April 26 but the driver refused point blank to pick us up at our hotel at Babosas Village even though I had a ticket that confirms this. His information on pickup point wasn’t very clear as a result we were in wrong place. He had to reschedule for today 28/04. The tour went ahead and it was enjoyable however I think he needs training in customer care even though we gave him a good tip rather than other people falling into this trap pick up points need more clarification.

We had a great time on our visit to Funchal by Tuk Tuk! Our guide was absolutely perfect: considerate, friendly and very professional. He was able to adapt the route to our desires while giving us exciting explanations about the history and local life.
The proposed stops allowed us to discover the most beautiful viewpoints and emblematic places of the city, which we probably would not have found alone. An original, comfortable and friendly way to explore Funchal differently.
I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover the city in an authentic and pleasant way

Au premier jour de notre séjour à Madère nous avons donc rencontré Fabio qui nous a fait découvrir l’essentiel de sa ville. Ce fut un vrai régal ! Tout cela agrémenté de conseils variés et pertinents, jamais à but lucratif( il faut manger ici,,acheter Vos fruits là, vous baigner à cet endroit) Fabio est un grand gaillard barbu et aussi généreux que son physique. Sa bonne humeur est communicative ! Madère est une île paradisiaque et le tour de Fabio est un grand moment!
