We will collect you from your hotel or private address and return you to the same location at the end of the tour, unless you advise us otherwise. There is no additional charge for this service. Hotel Pick-Up: Please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time. Your driver will come inside to meet you. Private Address Pick-Up: Please wait outside the main entrance of the property at the scheduled pick-up time. If your hotel is not listed during the booking process, please inform us at the time of booking or send us an email after your reservation is confirmed, and we will arrange your pick-up accordingly. Great driver. Easy touring. Only suggestion would be for tour to be 8 hours instead of 7 do to traffic and we did not get to see or enjoy the gardens at Hampton Court Palace pretty much at all

We read previous ugly reviews but were desperate for a trip and so I will leave it as buyer beware. The “driver” was unfriendly and unknowledgeable. He drove us the long way to destinations to use up our available 7 hours. Upon the the last stop, Hampton Palace, he told us to be back at the car for a 1 1/2 drive back to London. We were back as told. The return trip took only 50 minutes. We could have had additional time at Hampton Palace. What a rip off! As I said let the buyer beware and we wanted to be better than other people wrote about.

Thank you for taking out your valuable time to write this review. Positive negative any feed back is important to us. The driver in question has 15 years experience is conducting these tours, and this is the first time we have received a rating less then 5. from what we had gathered from the driver side, you were very please with the service he provided and you apricated his company. in terms of the journey back to the hotel from Hampton court palace. On a regular day it takes between 60 minutes to 90 minutes, that is normal, we inform all travelers about the journey time. you were lucky in this instance that the traffic was light and you managed to come back to your hotel within 50 minutes. The driver also informed you at the beginning that if you go over your tour time then we give a 30 minutes grace period. we do not charge anything extra if it goes over 30 minutes over the seven hours. So you could have used your discretion and spend a little more time in the Palace. I hope if you come to London again you will give us the opportunity to serve you again and try to make it up to you.

Nothing more than a hire car

This was nothing like we expected. Basically, we paid a large sum of money (US$842.00) to have someone drive us to Hampton Court, Windsor Castle, then Back to London There was no "tour" involved. The time in the car took place almost totally in silence. We were not told anything about the places we were visiting, and we doubt that the driver had any knowledge of them, except how to get there and back.. And he did not accompany us into either place. Hampton Court and Windsor Castle were both wonderful and well worth the time we spent there. But there are much less expensive ways to see them, even to see them on the same day. I felt cheated on this experience. It was not worth $842.00.

He has many 5 star ratings for these tours. in terms of not accompanying you inside these the castle and palace. UK regulations does not allow our drivers to accompany you. Also on these tours you are provided with Multi media audio guides at the entrances, so that you get a great experience in side these sites

Closure and no refund

Hampton court was closed. Why allow me to pay for something that is closed. Supposedly, an email was sent a few hours before, I have no record and you also sent me a text confirmation.

We sent you an email on 8th December 2022, soon as we received information that Hampton court palace would be closed.. please check with your travel agent. we informed via email that Hampton court palace was closed on the day your tour was taking place and informing you what we will be doing to cover the remaining time you will have after you finish Touring Windsor Castle. But we did not receive any response. you cannot hold us responsible for this, as we kept you informed.

Change of plans

We booked this long in advance but the Queen's upcoming jubilee changed things so the driver took us to Windsor castle to see just the outside and the town and then to Kent to see Leeds castle. Disappointed but they made the best out of it.
