Die Reiseleiterin (Wie) war sehr gut und sprach gutes Englisch. Die Erklärungen waren informativ und umfassend. Schlecht war, dass wir bei der online Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen wurden, dass die Eintrittsgebühren nicht enthalten sind - offenbar wäre es möglich gewesen, diese mitzubuchen. So kam es zu einer unschönen Zweiklassengesellschaft. Es gab auch keine Unterstützung für uns, um die Tickets nachzubuchen. Diese Situation hinterlässt einen negativen Eindruck. Bei der Höhe des Ticketpreises wäre mindestens ein Lunchpsket angemessen
